With the rapid development of economy and society,the efficiency of social operation has been improved and the speed of operation has been accelerated,which has virtually caused great pressure to people.Especially with the development of commercialization and marketization,family functions are gradually replaced by social organizations,and families and their members are increasingly dependent on social organizations and social environment.Once individuals are separated from society,they will have a great sense of deprivation and loss.At the same time,the increasing pressure of employment and the rising cost of living have put people under great material and psychological pressure.Puerpera because of birth,resulting in great changes in physical condition,physiological condition and rhythm of life,so that the puerpera from the psychological,physiological phenomenon of great inadaptability,so that compared with ordinary women suffer from depression probability is higher.This research mainly by using observation method,interview method,questionnaire survey to collect data,through comparative analysis,comprehensive analysis and other research methods,with women as the research object,through the scientific evaluation in the intervention process,to measure the degree of whether maternal depression and depression,select mild postpartum depression women as the research object,Through the rational emotional therapy and family support services system model of comprehensive thinking,put forward the "individual rational emotional therapy and family support system" service mode,treating mild postpartum depression women irrational beliefs,and through the whole treatment process gradually modified mild postpartum depression women irrational beliefs,or the phenomenon of objective existence reasonable explain things,Promoting women to set up the correct ideas and thinking mode,thus improving the service object the scientific and rational evaluation of environment,to clear understanding of their conditions,not only helps change in reality there is a real problem,and is good for women as soon as possible to adapt to the status quo,calm in the face of postpartum family life and social environment.Based on the ABC theory of rational emotion therapy mode,this study analyzed the basic needs and irrational beliefs of women with mild postpartum depression,and formulated a service plan according to the client’s situation through consultation,defined the service objectives and determined the service content.In the process of intervention service,Socratic logic questioning skills,role play,role swap and REBT self-help table are used to help the puerpera to understand,find,abandon irrational beliefs,establish a reasonable,correct and healthy way of thinking and behavior habits.After the service,evaluate and reflect on the whole service intervention process.Through the study,individuals form psychological anxiety due to changes in physiology and life rules,and then produce irrational beliefs,negative,paranoid and other emotional conditions,resulting in unconventional responses in psychology,body and behavior.Individual rationality is adopted in the process of interventional therapy and family support system,two kinds of treatment methods for both to build a support system " individual rational emotional therapy and family support system " service mode,thus playing a individual rational emotional therapy of personalized,targeted service advantage at the same time giving full play to the advantages of family systems support the systemic,The combination of two effects can more effectively serve women with mild postpartum depression and provide support for women with postpartum depression to quickly recover their health status.
