Shenyang Ice Hockey Field Multi Subject Action Strategy And Practice Logic

Liaoning has officially submitted the bid report of the 15 th National Winter Games in2027 to the General Administration of Sport of the People’s Republic of China,officially taking the step of "applying for winter".It is proposed that Shenyang will host the opening and closing ceremonies of the National Winter Games and the ice sports competition,and Fushun will host the snow sports competition.Liaoshen region is an important part of China’s ice and snow map.Liaoning has a deep heritage of ice and snow sports.On the one hand,it is the garrison of professional teams and the training of talents.On the other hand,it is the vigorous development of mass ice and snow sports.After the Winter Olympic Games entered the "Beijing Time",the "ice hockey fever" in Liaoning also continued to heat up.In the past two years,the number of ice hockey players in Liaoning has increased significantly,the participation of teenagers has doubled,the construction of venues and facilities has also become hot,and there are more and more ice hockey related events.Based on Bourdieu’s theory of field,this study systematically analyzed the practice space of Shenyang ice hockey field,the interest demands of each action subject,the distribution of resources and interests within the field,and the practice logic of the action subject by using the concept of "field,capital,habit" in the field theory through literature,interview,participatory observation and other methods,It further explains the contradictions and conflicts of interests between different actors and their impact on the rules of the field,and puts forward a scheme for guiding interests,aiming to promote the healthy and orderly development of Shenyang ice hockey from a new perspective.The main conclusions are as follows:,This special competition and cooperation relationship leads to the complex interest relationship within the field.(2)At present,the external fields that have the greatest impact on Shenyang’s market field are power field,education field and stadium field.(3)Because of its political capital,the government department occupies the core position in the field and grasps the future direction of Shenyang ice hockey.Its interest demands are manifested in the administrative logic of maximizing the "politicalachievements" and "economic" interests and "no problems,smooth progress",while other action subjects enter the ice hockey field according to their own capital type and play the role of "obedient" to the field rules,It is necessary to carry out practical activities within the framework of rules formulated by the government.(4)The diversified subjects in Shenyang ice hockey field mainly produce different action logic based on their own different interest demands,and carry out specific practical activities relying on their own action strategies.(5)The conflicts of interests of multiple subjects in Shenyang ice hockey field are mainly manifested in the following aspects: contradictions and conflicts in the process of national policy formulation and local implementation;Contradictions and conflicts of interest between local administrative departments;The conflict between ice hockey coaches,ice rinks and clubs.
