Happiness is the eternal topic of human life,human needs and pursuits.As the disseminators of knowledge,rural young preschool teachers are the backbone of basic education that cannot be ignored.For the increasingly concerned rural teachers,the geographical location of the countryside,resulting in many rural young preschool teachers "can not get down,can not stay".The term "occupational happiness" is increasingly "prominent",and the existing research analysis of the factors affecting the occupational happiness of rural young preschool teachers is insufficient.Therefore,the analysis of factors affecting the professional happiness of rural young preschool teachers has its practical value for improving the professional happiness of teachers and improving the quality of rural preschool education.Based on grounded theory,this study explores the influencing factors of career happiness of rural young preschool teachers.The data of 21 young rural preschool teachers were collected in the form of interviews,and the interview data were screened and summarized by Nvivo12.0 software.In the process,the bottom-up three-level coding was strictly observed.Finally,the factors affecting the career happiness of young rural preschool teachers were summarized based on the model construction.Including individual level,working state,working environment,organization management 4 main categories and 15 sub-categories.In order to deeply understand the mechanism of influencing factors,this paper selects a young rural preschool teacher for case analysis,uses the method of narrative research,takes the time line as the context,sorts out the influencing factors of career happiness,and describes the development process of influencing factors of career happiness from a micro perspective.The results show that in the early stage of employment,internal factors dominate;Early career,the survival stage of basic needs to meet;In the capacity building stage,the development stage focuses on the situation.Finally,the occupational happiness of rural young preschool teachers is improved from four aspects: teacher,kindergarten,society and professional development.One is the teacher’s own level: learning self-regulation skills;Second,kindergarten level: to create a quality teaching environment;Third,the social level: the implementation of teacher security;Fourth,career development: pay attention to teacher growth.This study provides an important supplement to the relevant research on occupational happiness.The first is to use grounded theory to make qualitative analysis of occupational happiness to extract its influencing factors,which improves the breadth of the research on occupational happiness.Second,to a certain extent,it provides a theoretical basis for cultivating rural young preschool teachers’ occupational happiness,so as to provide reference for rural young preschool teachers’ occupational demands and individual values,which can effectively promote the growth of rural teachers and the improvement of their occupational happiness.
