As the backbone of college teachers,the research on their professional well-being is directly related to the long-term development plan of training and educating students.This paper selects "double first-class" colleges and universities as the sample survey object,and tries to analyze the current situation of young college teachers’ occupational well-being and the factors that affect the occupational well-being through the combination of relevant theoretical analysis and empirical analysis,and puts forward relevant promotion strategies according to the situation of these factors On the one hand,let the young teachers feel happy because of their own career,on the other hand,let the young teachers improve their professional happiness through promotion strategies and promote the development of national education at the same time.In order to complete the research work of this topic,the author through extensive access to a large number of materials,from a large number of literature,works and related tools to find the subject matter that can be studied for reference.On the basis of the achievements of many scholars in the early stage,this paper digs out the problems that can be discussed in depth,draws lessons from the dimensions they use to measure teachers’ occupational well-being,and combines with the background of this paper to study,finally determines five dimensions to formulate the interview questions and questionnaire questions,which are all in the form of anonymity,so as to ensure the authenticity and reliability of the data After that,the collected data will be sorted out,summarized,coded and analyzed,and finally spss21.0 statistical software will be used for data processing.This paper focuses on five dimensions of occupational well-being,which are physical and mental health,working state,social relations,family marriage and self realization,extracted from the field interview to design the key well-being terms of the well-being questionnaire,to carry out the research on the impact of these five dimensions on the "double first-class" College young teachers’ occupational well-being.Based on the five dimensions of occupational well-being locked in the early stage and the influencing factors of young teachers’ occupational well-being,it is found that the overall occupational well-being of young teachers in Colleges and universities is higher,but there is still something to be improved.This paper analyzes the influence of these eight variables on the occupational well-being of young college teachers: gender,age,marriage,income,education background,teaching age,position and professional title.In order to improve the overall occupational well-being of young teachers in Colleges and universities,we must improve it from all aspects.Combined with the five dimensions of this paper and the impact of occupational well-being,we use regression analysis research,and finally put forward targeted suggestions from the aspects of teachers’ Self-worth improvement and the social,School,government and education departments from the outside Help youngcollege teachers to improve their professional well-being.
