Happiness is the basic concept and view on happiness when it as a very important part of outlook on life.Different people who engaged in different occupations has different outlooks on happiness.Different happy feelings is generated different outlooks on happiness,and has different guiding effect for the level of people's professional identity.In the report of the nineteenth Congress of the Communist Party of China,words and phrases "material culture" was replaced by the "good life",which means the broad masses of the people of our country has yearn for and pursue for a happy life and people's basic material needs has turned into the pursuit of good life.Under this happy vision,outlook on happiness effects concrete fields of people who develop and survive in different ways,internal needs and behavior choices.It not only demonstrate the people's demand quantity and quality are increasing,the level is constantly upgrading,but also the scope is constantly expanding and the structure is constantly diverse.Standing at the starting point of the new era,in order to speed up constructing world-class universities and disciplines and realizing the connotative development of higher education,new requirements have been put forward for the innovation and development of colleges and universities.Young teachers in colleges and universities as the most influential,creative and energetic backbone in the development of higher education,their vision for a better life not only affects the development of their own career,but also affects the young teachers' love,satisfaction,devotion and affirmation of their profession,and also influences college students' outlook on life,happiness and values.This study argues that the early stage of young teachers entering in universities are not only a critical period affecting their career development,but also the best time to concept formation about spread its values and cultivate people.At this moment,a good career beginning and the spread of value concept will directly affect the education mentality,teaching behavior and the level of professional identity of new young teachers in colleges and universities.Therefore,this thesis will take the new young teachers in universities as the research object,from the perspective of social representation theory,according to Marx's view of happiness,to comprehensively use of ideological and political education and other related disciplines.This paper discusses and analyzes the concept of happiness of college young teachers and their influence on professional identity.This paper mainly includes three parts:Content ?: Exploring the social representation of happiness for young teachers in colleges and universities.Using the lexical association method to collect the social representation words of happiness concept of young teachers in colleges and universities,and using the focus group discussion to analyze and discuss it,research results show:(1)collected lexical of the content dimension of happiness in the core of happiness concept of young teachers in colleges and universities is more,related lexical of mental happiness content are richer than the content of material happiness.(2)In terms of the subject of happiness,young teachers in colleges and universities pay more attention to the “family”of individuals,and there are not many vocabulary representations of social happiness.(3)In terms of the realization of happiness,young teachers in colleges and universities are more pleasing to the vocabulary of creating happiness.Content ?: Exploring and study of the influence of happy feeling and professional identity for young teachers in colleges and universities.Data were collected by questionnaire survey.In order to understand young teachers' well-being and their influence on professional identity,descriptive analysis,independent sample T-test,analysis of variance,correlation analysis,and regression analysis were performed using SPSS analysis software.Research shows:(1)The concept of happiness of young teachers is characterized by idealization and individualization.They are most valued their family and health,paying more attention to the pursuit of self-worth and social relations in spiritual life.At the same time,they also keep the collective attention of the country and the organization,hoping to both create and enjoy happiness.(2)Young teachers in colleges and universities have a high level of professional identity.(3)The professional identity level of party members in the group of young teachers in colleges and universities is obviously higher than that of non-party members..(4)The more important young college teachers attach to individual and enjoyment,the lower their level of professional identity,On the contrary,the less the young college teachers attach importance to individual and enjoyment,the higher their professional identity level will be.Content III: According to young teachers' happiness and its impact on professional identity,the following countermeasures for the professional identity of young teachers in colleges and universities are proposed.First,we should strengthen humanistic care and satisfy the young teachers' pursuit of spiritual life.Second,we should guide the positive view of happiness to improve young teachers' professional identity.Third,we should improve the material life security,and at the same time enhance the professional identity and happiness of young teachers.
