The development of rural teachers is related to the implementation of national education,the quality of basic education and the development of rural education.Rural teachers’ career planning has a vital impact on Teachers’ professional development.Under the background of balanced development of compulsory education and balanced quality of compulsory education,more and more attention has been paid to the professional development of rural teachers.In order to help rural teachers plan their career scientifically and realize their professional development,this paper takes F County Rural School in Chongqing as an example to analyze the current situation,existing problems and related influencing factors of young teachers’ career development in rural schools.This paper mainly adopts the methods of interview and investigation.Through the investigation of the status quo of career planning and professional development,we realize that the current teachers’ professional development and career planning are inseparable.Educational administrative departments,school organizations,teachers themselves,families,society and many other factors have a great impact on Teachers’ career planning.Based on the research and analysis,the author finds out the current situation of rural young teachers’ career planning: the rural teachers’ career planning lacks the support of the administrative department of education;The rural teachers’ vocational planning lacks the perfect training and encouragement of the school;The goal of rural teachers’ personal career planning is low;Rural teachers’ professional planning lacks the help of society.Possible reasons: the teacher management policy of the educational administrative department is not perfect;The school does not pay attention to the rural teachers’ professional planning;The individual planning is unreasonable and lack of scientific guidance;There is no effective community for rural teachers’ professional development.The author puts forward the optimization suggestions: the education administrative department inclines the rural young teachers’ vocational planning policy,the school increases the attention and encouragement to the rural young teachers’ vocational planning,and the teachers make reasonable career planning and seek scientific guidance.Establish a community of government society School rural teachers’ professional development.
