| With the innovative application of artificial intelligence,big data,the Internet of things and other emerging intelligent technologies in the field of education,smart education has emerged as an educational form with intelligent characteristics,and has become a new trend of educational change and development in countries around the world.In this context,China has also introduced policies to promote the development of smart education and launched the selection of national smart education demonstration zones in 2019 to promote the development of smart education in China from the regional level through the idea of pilot leading,comprehensive mobilization,demonstration promotion and radiation surrounding.However,in the process of smart education demonstration area construction,there are outstanding problems such as unclear target ideas,homogenization tendency of construction,heavy infrastructure environment construction,lack of attention to technology application,lack of top-level design at regional level,etc.The essential root cause lies in the lack of scientific and reasonable evaluation index system to lead and regulate.Based on this,this study constructs an evaluation index system for smart education demonstration zones to provide a scientific decision basis for promoting smart education in demonstration zones and to help the sustainable development of wisdom education in demonstration zones.Firstly,based on the review and analysis of relevant research on smart education and smart education demonstration zones at home and abroad,and based on the basic principles of constructing an evaluation indicator system,this study preliminarily determined the dimension division of the evaluation indicator system and the extraction of indicator items after analyzing the construction tasks of 39 application materials for smart education demonstration zones.On this basis,the connotation of each indicator item was studied and determined,Completed the preliminary construction of the evaluation index system;Secondly,for the initially constructed evaluation by index system,an expert consultation form for the evaluation index system of smart education demonstration zone was prepared,and experts in the field of smart education and the construction of index system were invited to judge the initially constructed index system,and the evaluation index system of smart education demonstration zone was established after the index system was revised and improved based on the experts’ judgment and suggestions;Thirdly,the AHP hierarchical analysis method was used to establish a hierarchical structure model for the evaluation index system of smart education demonstration zones and construct a judgment matrix,prepare an advisory table on the weighting of the evaluation index system of smart education demonstration zones and invite experts to score,with the help of Yaanp software,the weight values of each indicator in the evaluation index system of smart education demonstration zones were calculated and determined;Finally,in order to verify the operability of the index system,a provincial-level smart education demonstration district(L district)in Jinan City,Shandong Province was selected to carry out the practical application of the index system,according to the evaluation index system that has been constructed,the investigation of the current situation of the construction of smart education demonstration zones is carried out from the regional and school levels through platform data collection,questionnaires,interviews and data collection,on the basis of data analysis,a comprehensive assessment of the construction of smart education demonstration zones in L district was conducted,so as to verify the operability of the index system,and suggestions for the application process of the demonstration zone evaluation index system were put forward.Through the above-mentioned work,this study constructs an evaluation index system for smart education demonstration zones,including 8 primary indicators,namely,smart education concept,smart education facilities,smart education resources,smart education applications,digital literacy of teachers and students,smart education governance,smart education guarantee,and smart education characteristics,22 secondary indicators and 46 tertiary indicators,and determines the index weight values of the evaluation index system using hierarchical analysis;the results of the practical application of the index system show that the evaluation index system of smart education demonstration zone has good application effect and can judge and evaluate the development status of smart education demonstration zone in an all-round way. |
