Abstract/Summary:
Volleyball,as a kind of antagonistic sport,has no strong physical contact.The key to success is the athletes’ own technical level,that is,the athletes’ own special sports literacy.At present,the training methods of domestic volleyball players in China are mostly based on strength enhancement or explosive force enhancement,and the basic methods of physical training are enhanced training or intermittent training.With the increasing competitive level of volleyball,the traditional training methods are also facing significant challenges and adjustments.This thesis introduces core strength training into the training of male volleyball in colleges and universities,hoping to explore the difference between core strength training and traditional strength training on the impact of special sports literacy of male volleyball players in colleges and universities,in order to provide some advice and suggestions for improving the special sports literacy of male volleyball players in colleges and universities.This article has carried on the thorough research to the core strength related concept and the rationale,has carried on the thorough analysis to the domestic and foreign core strength training case,in view of the volleyball movement characteristic and the characteristic,has adopted the contrast experiment method to explore the core strength training to the men’s volleyball movement mobilization special movement accomplishment influence and the function.In this thesis,30 male volleyball players from the Physical Education Institute of Shandong Normal University were selected as experimental subjects,randomly assigned to two groups,the experimental group and the control group were 15 people respectively,and developed a three-month core strength training program and a traditional strength training program for the experimental group and the control group respectively.The conclusions are as follows:(1)Core strength training can not only exercise the muscle tissue on the surface of the core muscle group,but also can exercise the deep tissue of the core muscle group,greatly enhancing the stability of the body and trunk,thereby significantly improving the displacement speed of college male volleyball players,and improving the players’ ability to save,catch and spike the ball during the game.(2)Core strength training can enhance the traditional effectiveness of human upper and lower limb strength,enable athletes to adapt to muscle power and control under unstable conditions,and thus significantly improve the movement speed of college male volleyball players.(3)Core strength training can greatly enhance the energy reserve capacity of core muscles,greatly improve the energy transmission efficiency of intramuscular nerves,and more quickly mobilize the muscle groups of limbs,so that athletes can play their action skills faster and better,and can significantly improve the reaction speed of male volleyball players in middle and high schools.(4)Core strength training can better improve the coordination between body muscle tissues,greatly reduce the loss in the process of energy transmission,and then significantly improve the arm swing strength of college male volleyball players.(5)Compared with the traditional training,the core strength training has no significant effect on the upper limb explosive force and jumping ability of college male volleyball players.The main reasons are as follows:First,traditional strength training also exercises more upper limb muscles,and both the training amount and training intensity can achieve the effect of stimulating athletes’ adaptability.Therefore,there is no significant difference between the two groups of experimental subjects after the experiment;Second,although the strengthening of core muscle groups can enhance the strength between muscle groups,the improvement of springing force also needs to focus on training leg muscle groups to enhance the explosive power of lower limbs.
