The "Chinese Language Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022Edition)" provides a new interpretation of the teaching requirements for Chinese expository texts in junior high schools,namely,reading narrative and explanatory texts,discovering,appreciating,expressing,and communicating the beauty of family life,school life,social life,and nature,loving life,and being grateful for life.The emergence of practical reading and communication teaching task groups has further enhanced the importance of the concept of "practical Chinese",and practicality has become a key focus in middle school expository writing learning.Practical reading emphasizes the integration and complementarity of reading and expression,in order to achieve practical educational goals such as promoting reading through writing and promoting writing through reading.From the perspective of practical reading and communication task groups,the teaching objectives of middle school expository reading are specifically manifested in four aspects:cultivating students’ scientific thinking,improving information integration ability,cultivating expression and communication ability,and enhancing aesthetic taste.From the perspective of practical reading and communication,it can be found that there are problems in the current teaching of Chinese expository text reading in junior high school,such as insufficient learning of expository text in class,neglect of humanistic nature in expository text teaching,insufficient integration of teaching objectives with new curriculum standards and requirements,and obvious tendency to take exams in expository text teaching.In order to address the above issues,it is necessary to improve the teaching methods of junior high school expository texts from the perspective of practical reading and communication in accordance with the guidance and requirements of the new curriculum standards.Firstly,it is necessary to have a deeper understanding of textbooks and expand their content appropriately.Secondly,we should have a correct understanding of the humanistic nature of expository writing,deeply explore the humanistic connotations in expository writing,and achieve the unity of practical education and humanistic education.Once again,deepen the understanding of the new requirements put forward by the "Chinese Language Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)" for the teaching of expository writing,and reset the teaching objectives according to the new requirements,to play an important role in the practical reading and communication teaching objectives of expository writing.The most important thing is to introduce practical reading and communication training for expository texts according to the new requirements of the curriculum standards,so that the teaching of expository texts can truly meet the requirements of the new curriculum standards. |
