| Expository text is a widely used practical style,which is closely related to people’s production and life.Only with expository text reading ability can students better adapt to social life.Specific to Chinese language teaching,expository text reading teaching is an effective way to cultivate students’ expository text reading ability.Among them,the expository text self-reading lesson as the main position to cultivate students’ expository text reading ability,has a non-negligible role.However,in the actual teaching,teachers often neglect the teaching of expository text self-reading lesson.Therefore,how to break through the teaching dilemma of expository text self-reading lesson and improve students’ expository text reading ability is the main problem explored in this thesis.This thesis will use five parts to present the specific research content.The first part is the introduction.Firstly,the background and significance of the research are described.Secondly,the concepts of expository text,self-reading lesson and the teaching of expository text self-reading lesson are clarified.Finally,the literature analysis method is used to sort out and analyze the current status of research on teaching expository text self-reading lesson in order to identify the research space and value of teaching expository text self-reading lesson and to provide a theoretical basis for further research.The second part sorts out the articles of the expository text self-reading lesson,analyzes the characteristics of the selected texts and arrangement methods of the selection,and then clarifies the irreplaceable value of teaching expository text self-reading lesson.The teaching of expository text self-reading lesson can not only stimulate students’ interest in reading expository texts,but also cultivate students’ habit of reading expository texts,thus improving their ability to read expository texts.The third part uses classroom observation method,the investigation research method and the case analysis method to understand the current situation of teaching expository text self-reading lesson.It was found that there were problems in the teaching of expository text self-reading lesson in terms of teaching objectives,teaching process,teaching methods and teaching evaluation,and attributed them from teachers,students and other three aspects.The fourth part proposes teaching strategies to address the problems of teaching expository text self-reading lesson.Teachers should integrate multi-dimensional elements to clarify teaching objectives;adhere to the student orientation and innovate the teaching process;use teaching methods to activate the self-reading classroom;pay attention to reading evaluation to improve the effectiveness of self-reading.The fifth part is based on the teaching strategies of expository text self-reading lesson,taking the expository self-reading text The Return of the Geese as an example,to carry out the teaching design and teaching practice of the expository self-reading lesson.After the teaching practice,collect teaching feedback,write teaching reflections and teaching inspirations.In conclusion,this thesis attempts to combine theoretical with practical research.After analyzing the current situation of teaching expository text self-reading lesson,specific teaching strategies are proposed for the existing problems,and teaching practices are carried out,expecting to provide reference for front-line teachers’ teaching. |
