The physical quality of teenagers is getting worse and worse.The problems of "one-size-fits-all," " not enough to eat " and " pulling seedlings to help " in school physical fitness teaching are not conducive to the improvement of students ’ physical quality and sports ability.In China,physical fitness is set as a compulsory module in the " General High School Physical Education and Health Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)," which further clarifies the value of physical fitness teaching.Physical fitness training has also become the focus of school physical education in China.At present,the teaching of physical fitness module is in its infancy,and the teaching methods mostly follow the traditional physical fitness teaching.However,the traditional physical fitness teaching methods and forms are relatively simple,and the courses are relatively boring,so it is difficult to obtain the ideal teaching effect.As a new type of physical training method,based on the theory of human motion chain,functional training emphasizes multi-dimensional and multi-joint training,which can improve the body ’s exercise efficiency as a whole,and the training content is rich,the means are diverse and full of fun.According to its characteristics,trying to integrate functional training into physical fitness module teaching can be used as an important way to enrich the teaching content of physical fitness module and improve students ’ physical fitness.Based on the basic content of functional training,this study starts with the functional movement screening test,formulates a functional training plan according to the weaknesses of the school ’s students ’ physical condition and the physical and mental development characteristics of high school students,implements and corrects it,analyzes the causes of its changes,exercises students ’ more coordinated movements,and repairs local short boards,so as to improve the physical fitness level of high school students in a targeted manner,with a view to providing method support and practical basis for school physical fitness module teaching.This study uses literature data method,expert interview method,experimental method,mathematical statistics method,logical analysis method and other research methods to study the application effect of functional training in high school physical module teaching.Try to apply functional training to the teaching of high school physical fitness module.The experiment selected 95 high school students in Jiyang Wenshao Middle School as the experimental subjects.The experimental group performed functional training,and the control group performed traditional physical training according to the original teaching plan.Functional action screening test,student physical health test,and physical education learning interest were used to evaluate the application effect.Results :(1)After 9 weeks of experimental intervention,the total score of functional screening test in the experimental group was significantly improved(P < 0.05),and the score of functional screening test after the experiment was significantly better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).(2)After 9 weeks of experimental intervention,the experimental group students in the physical health test,the physical quality of the improvement effect is significant(P < 0.05),but the body shape,body function improvement effect is not obvious(P > 0.05),and after the experiment compared with the control group,the experimental group students in the50 meter run,sit and reach,standing long jump,sit-ups(women)to enhance the effect is significant(P < 0.05).(3)After 9 weeks of experimental intervention,the negative interest(female),positive interest,independent inquiry,sports participation and total score of sports learning interest in the experimental group were significantly improved,but the effect of sports attention was not significant(P > 0.05).Compared with the control group,the experimental group was significantly higher than the control group in the total score of positive interest,independent inquiry and sports learning interest(P < 0.05).Conclusion :(1)The use of functional training in the high school physical fitness teaching module can significantly improve students ’ functional movement performance.Functional training teaching and traditional physical fitness teaching can effectively promote the results of functional movement screening test before and after training,but functional training teaching is more conducive to the improvement of physical function and the improvement of functional movement screening test results than traditional physical fitness teaching.(2)The use of functional training in the high school physical fitness teaching module can significantly improve the physical quality of students,but it has no significant effect on the improvement of body shape and body function.Compared with the traditional physical fitness teaching,functional training has a better effect on the improvement of 50-meter running,sit-and-reach,standing long jump and sit-ups(women).(3)The use of functional training in the high school physical education module can enhance students ’ interest in physical education.The students who adopt functional training have significantly improved in sub-item learning enthusiasm,independent inquiry and sports participation,and have significantly reduced the negativity of physical education learning.There is no significant change in sports attention;there was no significant change in the enthusiasm,negativity,independent inquiry and sports attention of the students in the control group,and there was a certain improvement in sports participation.Compared with traditional physical training,functional training is more effective in improving students ’ interest in physical education.
