Senior high school students are facing a greater pressure to enter a university.Due to the lack of necessary physical exercise,the basic physical quality of students is not optimistic.The new curriculum standard adds the teaching of physical fitness module,with the theme and teaching goal of health first.The introduction of physical functional training in the teaching of physical fitness module accords with the teaching theme of health first.As a new modern physical training method,physical functional training has its unique training concept,which has been widely applied in competitive sports training in recent years,and plays an important role in sports training.On the basis of traditional physical training,while introducing functional training and simple traditional physical training,this paper makes a comparative research on the application effect in physical module teaching.This paper mainly uses the methods of literature review and comparative analysis to expound the differences between traditional physical training and physical functional training.Through the methods of experimental test and mathematical statistics,this paper discusses the feasibility and effect of functional training in teaching,which provides useful theoretical support and reference value for enriching and improving the teaching method and content system of physical fitness module in senior high school.Taking the students of two administrative classes in grade one of Zibo No.11 Middle School in Shandong Province as the test objects,this paper makes statistics,comparison and comprehensive analysis on the experimental data of the two groups of the students before and after the experiment,with the conclusions as shown as follows:(1)The application of physical movement function training in physical module teaching of senior high school is feasible,which is conducive to improving students’ learning enthusiasm and physical test results,and has certain innovative significance to improve the traditional physical teaching.(2)On the basis of traditional physical training and in combination with physical movement function training,students’ psychological and physical quality can be improved effectively,but physical movement function training can’t completely replace the traditional physical training.The relationship between them is complementary and complementary.(3)Physical movement function training can effectively enhance the physical quality of students,increase the range of movement,and improve the stability and coordination of movement.At the same time,it can also make the small muscle groups develop well,which improves students’ core strength of body,explosive strength of upper and lower limb,speed and agility,flexibility and other qualities.
