| As a vital component of high school teaching,mathematics instruction plays a crucial role in promoting students’ comprehensive grasp of mathematical knowledge.Since the introduction of the new curriculum reform,experimental mathematics teaching has garnered considerable attention and recognition from educators as a novel teaching model.Through actively implementing experimental mathematics teaching,teachers are able to effectively enhance the organization of high school mathematics instruction and encourage students to cultivate their interest in learning mathematics through practical experimentation.This not only broadens students’ opportunities for practical exploration but also enhances their mathematical literacy.However,the application of experimental mathematics teaching also presents certain issues that pose challenges to its implementation.Therefore,the aim of this study is to explore the current state of experimental mathematics teaching in high school education,analyze the existing problems,and propose teaching strategies to address them.In this study,the author reviewed a vast amount of literature related to experimental mathematics teaching,defined the concept of experimental mathematics,analyzed its classification,features,and teaching methods.In addition,the study analyzed the theoretical basis,significance,and value of experimental mathematics teaching in high school mathematics instruction.To investigate the current application of experimental mathematics teaching in high school education,this study employed various methods including questionnaire surveys,interviews,and practical teaching.Through analyzing the survey data in detail,the study uncovered the current state of application of experimental mathematics teaching in high school education and highlighted the existing problems.The study also analyzed the reasons for these issues and proposed teaching strategies to solve them.In addition,this study further summarized and verified the main problems in the application of experimental mathematics teaching through practical teaching.To address these issues,this article proposes specific implementation strategies and suggestions from both the school and teacher levels,in accordance with the principles that should guide the application of experimental mathematics teaching in high school mathematics instruction.This will facilitate the rational and effective use of experimental mathematics teaching,encourage students to actively participate in mathematical experimentation,and foster a spirit of innovation and inquiry in students.Ultimately,these efforts will help optimize and improve the mode of mathematics instruction and promote the development of high school mathematics teaching in China. |
