| Research Objective: In the practice of three football skills(30m dribbling, accurate passing, and accurate shooting),the study aims to explore the effect of bilateral transfer training on the learning of football skills for middle school students by controlling the practice requirements of the experimental group to influence the mastery of skills in both the dominant and non-dominant foot. The purpose is to provide more effective training methods for middle school football training.Research Method: The study targeted middle school football beginners.Thirty-two out of 60 first-year football club members were randomly selected and divided into an experimental group and a control group. The experimental group and the control group were intervened with bilateral football training and single-dominant foot football training, respectively. The practice process was strictly controlled, and the research subjects underwent a 16-week,32-lesson football skill teaching training. The physical fitness and football skills of the experimental and control groups were tested before and after the 16-week teaching training, including the scores of the three sports qualities(Illinois Agility Test,Bilateral Jumping Test,Hexagonal Reaction Ball Test)and the three football skills(shooting, passing, and 30 m dribbling)tests before the teaching experiment,as well as the physical fitness and football skill tests after the 16-week training. The difference in sports quality and football skill before and after the experiment was compared, and statistical analysis was conducted on the pre-experiment sports quality scores and post-experiment football skill scores using SPSS 26.0 statistical software.Research findings: There was no significant difference(P>0.05)in agility coordination, reaction speed, and soccer skill test scores between the experimental and control groups before the experiment. After the experiment,(1)in the agility coordination and reaction speed tests, the experimental group showed a significant improvement in Illinois Agility Run,Double-Leg Hop,and Hexagon Reaction Ball tests compared to the control group(P<0.01).(2)In the right-footed soccer skill level test, the experimental group performed significantly better than the control group in the 30 m Dribbling,Passing Accuracy, and Shooting Accuracy tests(P<0.01).(3)In the left-footed soccer skill level test, the experimental group performed significantly better than the control group in the30 m Dribbling,Passing Accuracy, and Shooting Accuracy tests(P<0.01).(4)Regarding the difference in test scores between the left and right feet, before the experiment, the experimental and control groups showed significant differences(P<0.01)in the 30 m Dribbling,Passing Accuracy, and Shooting Accuracy tests. After the experiment, the experimental group no longer showed significant differences(P>0.05)in the 30 m Dribbling,Passing Accuracy, and Shooting Accuracy tests between the left and right feet, while the control group still showed significant differences(P<0.01).Conclusion:(1)Bilateral transfer training involves repeatedly training the coordination between the left and right sides of the body(Dominant foot and Non-dominant foot),thereby improving the agility and coordination abilities of middle school students and reducing the occurrence of sports injuries. This training method also promotes the development of cognitive abilities, learning abilities, and attention in secondary school students.(2)Adopting bilateral transfer training can help middle school students strengthen the training of their non-dominant foot in the process of soccer training, thereby improving their skills in ball control, passing, and shooting with both feet.Bilateral transfer training also helps prevent the asymmetric development problems caused by one-sided sports in secondary school students.(3)In the learning of basic soccer skills, practicing one side of the body(Dominant foot and Non-dominant foot)also improves the skill level of the other side of the body to some extent.(4)Bilateral transfer training can make middle school students pay attention to the training of their non-dominant foot, promote the balanced development of both feet through training, reduce the skill gap between the dominant foot and the non-dominant foot, and improve the overall soccer skill level. This training method can also help middle school students adapt to changes in the game more quickly, improve their adaptability in matches, and enhance their chances of winning. |
