Predicament And Relief Of Core Literacy Of Physical Education Teachers In Primary And Secondary Schools Of Zhidan County Under The "Double Reduction" Policy

Abstract/Summary:
On July 24,2021,the General Office of the CPC Central Committee and the General Office of the State Council issued the Opinions on Further Reducing the Burden of Homework and Off-campus Training for Students in the Compulsory Education Stage(hereinafter referred to as the "Opinions"),which clearly stated: "Effectively reduce the excessive homework burden and off-campus training burden of students in the compulsory education stage"(hereinafter referred to as "double reduction").The promulgation of the "Opinions" puts forward clear goals for primary and secondary school teachers,requiring primary and secondary school teachers to fundamentally reduce the academic burden of children,so that primary and secondary education can return to the essence of cultivating virtue and cultivating people.While adhering to the educational concept of "reducing burden,increasing efficiency,improving quality and excellence",new requirements are given for the improvement of the core literacy of primary and secondary school teachers: Mainly on the basis of summarizing the actual experience of education and teaching in China,the reform of China’s education and teaching mode and the research results at this level at home and abroad,the core literacy optimization model of primary and secondary school teachers under the background of China’s "double reduction" policy is established,so as to better implement the core literacy in education and teaching,and accumulate good experience for optimizing the core literacy system of teachers.In view of this,the author believes that the rapid establishment of teachers’ core literacy growth model under the background of the "double reduction" policy is conducive to better improving the core literacy of primary and secondary school teachers under the background of the "double reduction" policy,and has great theoretical value and provides a guarantee for teaching practice.In order to explore the core literacy ability and characteristics of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Zhidan County,this study used the literature method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method to investigate the existing status of the development of core literacy level ability of 210 primary and secondary school physical education teachers in Zhidan County,and the results showed that:1.Physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Zhidan County are relatively balanced in the development of core literacy level,and compared with other dimensions,the development of extracurricular sports execution and sports morality is more prominent.It shows that the overall quality of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Zhidan County and their teaching level and professional ability are relatively high,which can provide good guidance for students’ daily sports,and escort the physical and mental health development of primary and secondary school students with physical education.2.There are obvious differences in the development of core literacy of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Zhidan County in terms of academic qualifications,professional titles,monthly income,training and other factors.By collating and analyzing the data collected from the survey,it can be seen that physical education teachers with relatively low education in primary and secondary schools in Zhidan County have a lower level of core literacy compared with physical education teachers who are older and have long working years.Conversely,the higher the level of data results of each factor analysis,the higher the core literacy level of physical education teachers.3.After that,we should refer to various factors and put forward specific and effective measures for a series of problems faced by the development of core literacy of primary and secondary school physical education teachers in Zhidan County.Strengthen a series of problems in the education,age and teaching experience of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools in Zhidan County,and improve the care and support for primary and secondary school physical education teachers,and the problems of physical education teachers’ academic qualifications and long teaching experience are worthy of attention,which can effectively lay a solid foundation for the improvement of physical education teachers’ core literacy.
