Secondary vocational e-commerce major cultivates applied talents directly engaged in e-commerce activities,and customer service ability is one of the professional skills that students must master.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the cultivation of customer service ability of secondary vocational e-commerce major.According to the existing literature,the discussion of customer service in logistics major of secondary vocational schools is mostly.For e-commerce majors,most of them take a certain course as the research object,and put forward suggestions on teaching content,teaching model and curriculum reform.The research on customer service ability of e-commerce majors in secondary vocational schools needs to be further deepened.Based on the characteristics and components of customer service ability of e-commerce professional in secondary vocational schools,this study compiled teaching questionnaire and interview outline from the teaching level by combing relevant literature.Through questionnaires and interviews,it is found that there are shortcomings in the cultivation of customer service ability of e-commerce students in secondary vocational schools,which are mainly manifested as: excessive reliance on inherent teaching materials,lack of real-time content expansion and extracurricular knowledge extension;The teaching process of practical training is relatively rigid,and students have repeated operations.The use of teaching methods is more mechanical,ignoring the actual situation of students;Vocational literacy education has been neglected,divided into theory level and practice level.By attributing the existing problems,we can get: the teaching resources are limited;Poor professional competence of teachers;Inadequate teaching preparation;How to improve the teaching of e-commerce in secondary vocational schools and cultivate students’ customer service ability more effectively? First,we should improve the construction of teaching resources and guarantee the teaching resources in the teaching process.The second is to improve teachers’ comprehensive quality,improve teachers’ teaching ability and update teachers’ ideas.Third,improve the classroom teaching environment and promote teacher-student interaction.Fourth,strengthen the cultivation of professional quality and improve students’ professional ability.
