| Secondary vocational education is a basic link in the modern vocational education system.The Ministry of education has issued the action plan for improving the quality and excellence of Vocational Education(2020-2023),encouraging vocational education departments and vocational schools to run the national vocational college skills competition and play a leading role in promoting education and learning through competition.Local secondary vocational colleges also actively participate in the vocational skills competition,hoping to promote teaching reform and improve teaching quality.Based on this,this paper takes the application of the teaching mode of "promoting learning by competition" in the customer service course of e-commerce major in secondary vocational schools as an example to explore the application method of combining vocational skill competition with daily teaching methods and professional course contents,so as to help solve the problems of secondary vocational school students’ lack of motivation for learning objectives,rigid teaching methods and lagging teaching contents.Promote the implementation of "promoting learning through competition",make the advantageous resources of skill competition become inclusive resources,and promote the reform and development of secondary vocational education.The research methods adopted in this paper include literature research,questionnaire survey and data analysis.Through literature survey,this paper analyzes some relevant research results of promoting learning through competition,analyzes the research results of X school by using Likert scale questionnaire and interviews with teachers and students,and finds out the problems existing in the students of X school.Combined with vocational skills competition,this paper puts forward the teaching design idea and classroom organization and implementation method of integrating relevant vocational skills competition,and takes the knowledge points of "after-sales service" chapter as an example to show the teaching design.After the teaching experiment,the teacher-student interview and questionnaire survey were conducted for the experimental class and the control class,and the test results of the two classes were statistically analyzed.The practical results show that under the teaching mode of "promoting learning through competition",the results of the experimental class,personal emotion and learning status are better than those of the control class,and the comprehensive quality of students has been significantly improved. |
