| After-school homework is an important and indispensable part of the teaching process of "Basic Accounting" course for middle-level accounting service majors,and it is a key bridge between the teaching of accounting professional knowledge in class and learning outside of class.Accounting teachers assign scientific,effective and reasonable high-quality after-school homework,and students participate in and complete the homework as a comprehensive activity,so that students can learn,master and apply their professional knowledge and skills,enhance their learning ability and practical ability,and thus improve the quality and efficiency of their learning.At present,the research on after-school homework is concentrated in the basic stage of general education,but in the field of secondary vocational education in China,there are few studies focusing on the after-school homework of the basic accounting course for accounting affairs majors.This study is oriented to the students’ further education and employment in secondary vocational accounting affairs,based on the requirements of quality education and the development of academic quality in secondary vocational schools,mainly using literature analysis method,questionnaire survey method and education statistics method,taking teachers and students of four secondary vocational accounting affairs majors as the investigation objects,respectively,from the arrangement of after-class homework,students’ homework completion,homework evaluation and feedback,and the understanding of the purpose of homework arrangement.The study was conducted to investigate the current situation of after-school homework arrangement of the basic core class "Basic Accounting" of accounting affairs majors and the factors influencing teachers’ arrangement of after-school homework,and to explore the scientific,reasonable and appropriate methods of after-school homework arrangement through the effective connection and support of all parties.The study aims to explore the scientific,reasonable and appropriate methods of after-school homework assignment.After analyzing the results of the survey,we summarize and find that the problems of the current after-school homework arrangement of the course "Basic Accounting" in the middle-level accounting service are: the type of homework arrangement is relatively single;the content of homework arrangement is not highly relevant to reality;the layered arrangement of homework needs to be improved;the homework arrangement should further stimulate students’ interest;Layout effect evaluation to enhance student participation;the homework arrangement needs to enhance the motivational evaluation.The reasons for the problems are: the school’s coordination and supervision of homework assignment is not strong enough;the school’s training for teachers in homework assignment needs to be strengthened;teachers’ awareness of scientific homework assignment needs to be improved;teachers’ skill level in homework assignment needs to be improved.In response to the analysis of the problems and causes,the following countermeasures are proposed: schools need to strengthen the coordination and management of homework assignment;schools should actively organize training on after-school homework;enrich the types and contents to cultivate students’ comprehensive vocational skills;assign layered homework to meet students’ individual needs;integrate interesting homework to stimulate students’ interest in learning;and adopt multiple assessments to motivate students’ learning.It is expected that this research study can,to a certain extent,enrich the related research on after-school homework in secondary education,and at the same time provide some theoretical and practical guiding ideas and reference values for teachers of secondary accounting affairs to arrange scientific and reasonable homework. |
