| China’s accounting reform and development has entered a new stage of reform integration,efficiency improvement and quality improvement,and the integration of business and finance has increasingly become the direction to lead today’s financial development.Traditional accounting can’t adapt to the development of the new trend.Under the trend of integration of industry and finance,new requirements are put forward for accounting work,and new challenges are also put forward for vocational schools that transport accounting talents.In order to meet this challenge,accounting education in secondary vocational schools needs to reform the course content,course arrangement and teaching methods,especially in the accounting practice course,which fully reflects the requirements of the integration of industry and finance.Therefore,based on the integration of industry and finance,this paper takes the accounting simulation training course in secondary vocational schools as an example to carry out teaching exploration and practice,aiming at improving students’ analysis ability of industry and finance integration and professional ethics accomplishment of industry and finance integration,and improving the teaching effect of accounting training course.This paper adopts the methods of literature analysis,questionnaire survey,interview and educational action research,and integrates the concept of integration of industry and finance into the course of Accounting Simulation Training in secondary vocational schools for teaching exploration and practice.First of all,the literature on the integration of industry and finance and accounting practice in secondary vocational schools is sorted out,and then the related concepts and theories are summarized,and the teaching requirements for the course of Accounting Simulation Training in secondary vocational schools under the background of integration of industry and finance are obtained.Secondly,through questionnaire survey and interviews with teachers,students and enterprises,we found out the current situation of the teaching of Accounting Simulation Training and the demand for accounting talents by enterprises.Thirdly,aiming at the problems found in the survey,we reconstructed the course of Accounting Simulation Training according to the standard of integration of industry and finance.Finally,through the comparative analysis of the teaching effect of the experimental class and the control class,the teaching practice effect of the course of Accounting Simulation Training under the background of the integration of industry and finance is evaluated,and on this basis,suggestions and countermeasures for improving the course of Accounting Simulation Training are further put forward.Through the above research,it is found that the traditional accounting training course content can’t reflect the problems such as business process,theoretical training content,divorced from the real working situation and single teaching evaluation.It is necessary to reconstruct the course of Accounting Simulation Training according to the standard of integration of industry and finance,design teaching objectives,teaching content,teaching process and evaluation methods in combination with the requirements of integration of industry and finance,and carry out teaching practice to further improve students’ analytical ability of integration of industry and finance,and cultivate students’ career of integration of industry and finance. |
