| Although the state attaches great importance to the health level of college students,the physical health of college students in China has continued to decline in recent years,indicating that the decline in the physical health of college students in China has not been completely reversed.Physical exercise is the main way to improve the physical health of college students.How can college students better participate in physical exercise The influence mechanism of their physical exercise behavior deserves further study.First of all,the questionnaire survey method was used to investigate the physical exercise behavior,fitness autonomy support and self-efficacy of college students.Secondly,the mathematical statistics method is used to analyze the demographics of college students ’sense of fitness autonomy support,physical exercise behavior and self-efficacy,and to analyze the correlation between the three.Finally,self-efficacy is used as an intermediary variable to analyze whether self-efficacy plays an intermediary role between fitness autonomy support and physical exercise behavior.The following conclusions are drawn.(1)The sense of fitness autonomy support and the sense of support in all dimensions of college students are above the middle level.There are significant differences in fitness autonomy support and information atmosphere support between college students of different genders,male students are higher than female students.There is no significant difference between different places of origin and whether the only child is in the sense of fitness autonomy support and each dimension.There are significant differences in the sense of fitness autonomy support among college students of different grades,the highest scores were senior,freshman,sophomore and junior.(2)College students ’ self-efficacy reaches a higher level of self-confidence.There are significant differences in self-efficacy of college students of different genders,male students are higher than female students.There is no significant difference in self-efficacy between different places of origin and whether they are only children.There are significant differences in self-efficacy among college students of different grades,the highest is senior,junior,sophomore,freshman.(3)College students ’ physical exercise behavior reaches the upper middle level.There are significant differences in physical exercise behavior and dimensions among college students of different genders,male students are higher than female students.There are significant differences in the total amount of physical exercise and exercise intensity between different places of origin and whether they are only children,in the amount of exercise,urban students are higher than rural students,and rural students are better than urban students in the intensity of exercise;In the amount of exercise and exercise intensity,urban students are higher than rural students.There are significant differences in the amount of sports among college students of different grades,and the senior students are the highest.(4)There are pairwise correlations among fitness autonomy support,physical exercise behavior and self-efficacy.First of all,the sense of fitness autonomy support and each dimension positively predict self-efficacy,hypothesis 1 is established;secondly,the sense of fitness autonomy support and each dimension positively predict physical exercise behavior,hypothesis 2 is established;finally,self-efficacy positively predicts physical exercise behavior,hypothesis 3 holds.(5)Self-efficacy plays an intermediary role between fitness autonomy support and college students ’ physical exercise behavior,so hypothesis 4 is established.Self-efficacy plays a mediating role in the sense of fitness situation support to college students ’ physical exercise behavior,and Hypothesis 5 is established.Self-efficacy plays an intermediary role in the sense of information atmosphere support to college students ’ physical exercise behavior,and Hypothesis 6 is established.The sense of self-efficacy plays a mediating role in the sense of support for institutional facilities for college students ’ physical exercise behavior,and Hypothesis 7 is established.suggestions :(1)Strengthen college students ’ sense of independent support for fitness,and create all conditions conducive to college students ’ physical exercise.(2)Enhance and continuously enhance the university self-efficacy,enhance college students ’ self-confidence. |
