"Youth makes the country prosperous,youth makes the country strong".The physical fitness and health of college students are one of the important signs for cultivating all-round high-quality talents.Exercise is an important means to promote college students' physical health and academic progress.Therefore,investigating the basic status of College Students' physical behavior,correctly understanding and analyzing the relationship between College Students' sense of autonomy support for fitness,exercise behavior and learning engagement have certain practical significance for guiding college students to participate in exercise consciously and actively in the new era of autonomy support fitness environment,giving full play to their intelligence and moral character,and promoting the healthy development of body and mind.Under the framework of self-determination theory,social ecosystem theory and positive adolescent development theory,this study explores the status quo and interrelationship of autonomy support,exercise behavior and learning engagement,and puts forward some conclusions and suggestions to promote the common development of College Students' physical education and intellectual education.Using stratified random sampling method,a questionnaire survey was carried out among college students in ShanDong Province.A total of 1200 questionnaires were distributed and 1186 questionnaires were collected.After sorting out,1158 valid questionnaires were rejected.The autonomy support scale for fitness,physical exercise scale and learning engagement scale were used as research tools,and EXCEL 2010,SPSS 20.0 and AMOS 21.0 were used to measure the number of students.Statistical analysis was carried out.The following conclusions are drawn:1.College students' sense of autonomy support for fitness and its dimensions,exercise behavior and dimensions,learning engagement and dimensions are in the middle level.2.Different genders,majors,and family locations have significant differences in fitness self-support and various dimensions,physical exercise behaviors,dimensions,learning inputs,and dimensions;ages only have significant differences in overall physical exercise levels and exercise intensity.There is no significant difference in family health status only in physical exercise behavior.3.There are two correlations among the sense of autonomy support for fitness,exercise behavior and learning engagement,and the sense of autonomy support for fitness positively predicts learning engagement,the sense of autonomy support for fitness positively predicts exercise behavior,and the sense of autonomy support for fitness positively predicts learning engagement.4.The sense of autonomy support in fitness plays a positive role in college students' learning engagement,and exercise behavior plays a part of intermediary role between the sense of autonomy support in fitness and the enhancement of College Students' learning engagement.Based on the conclusions of the study,the following recommendations are made:1."School-family-community" union.(1)Strengthen the policy support of colleges and universities and the construction of hardware and software exercise facilities;(2)Carry out family exercise activities with family ties as the link and fitness leisure exercise as the main purpose;(3)Increase public sports facilities and increase community sports investment.2."Teaching and propagating" combination,scientific guidance.(1)Create multiple physical exercise situations to promote the formation of sports self-practice ability;(2)Scientifically guide college students to develop good habits of self-exercise.3.Correct coordination of the relationship between "intellectual education" and "physical education".(1)Improve the efficiency of exercises,and rationally arrange exercises;(2)Strengthen school physical education to promote the overall development of physical and mental health of College students;(3)Cultivate the ability of college students to learn sports and obtain sports information.
