In the context of social Digital transformation,"digital survival" has become the norm,and cultivating and improving students’ digital literacy has become a necessity for educational development.As the key period for the formation of digital habits and network society attributes,how students face the complicated digital environment has become a common concern of society,schools and families.At present,research on digital literacy in China is still in its infancy,and there is relatively little research on digital literacy for primary school students.What level of digital literacy is primary school students at,and how to effectively improve their digital literacy are urgent issues that need to be addressed in the digital age.In 2022,the Information Technology Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)was officially promulgated,and its curriculum objectives have undergone a major change,from the cultivation of students’ information literacy to the cultivation of students’ digital literacy.Therefore,facing the requirements of the digital age for talents,information technology courses have become the main battlefield for developing students’ digital literacy.In summary,this study constructs an evaluation index system for primary school students’ digital literacy based on the goals of information technology courses,with the aim of providing guidance for teachers in digital literacy education practice and helping them develop and enhance students’ digital literacy.In this context,based on the research of literature related to digital literacy,this study preliminarily extracts an evaluation index system for primary school students’ digital literacy based on the curriculum objectives of the "Information Technology Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)".Then the expert consultation questionnaire is prepared according to the initially constructed evaluation index system,and the index system is revised and improved after three rounds of Delphi method method.And by compiling the "Questionnaire on Weights and Index Sorting of Primary School Students’ Digital Literacy Index System",experts are invited to score the index weights.The Analytic Hierarchy Process is used to calculate the first level index weights,and the expert ranking method is used to calculate the second and third level index weights,in order to obtain the final evaluation index system.This evaluation index system consists of data and information awareness,digital communication and collaboration,digital content creation Digital security is composed of five first level indicators,16 second level indicators and 48 third level indicators of ethics and digital problem processing.Next,based on the final evaluation index system,a "Primary School Digital Literacy Ability Evaluation Scale" was developed.Four and five grade students from three different schools in G Province were selected as samples,and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method was used to evaluate the current status of students’ digital literacy.Descriptive and differential analysis were conducted to verify the effectiveness and practicality of the evaluation index system.According to the comprehensive data analysis results,the digital literacy of the sample middle school students is at a moderate level.There is no significant difference in the gender dimension of students’ digital literacy,but there are significant differences in the grade and regional dimensions.Based on the results of research and analysis,this study proposes strategies for cultivating primary school students’ digital literacy.
