The 21st century is an information age that takes the network as the core, IT & internet technology are changing rapidly and have permeated every aspects of our work and our life imperceptibly, e.g. at the same time, education has undergone enormous changes because of the penetration of IT. In the process of advancing ICT in education, teachers play an important role. Their digital literacy relate to whether they can adapt to the rapid development of IT, promoting and fulfilling the goal of supporting ICT in education, especially for Teachers in K-12 education which shoulder the burden of cultivating the young students. Their digital literacy levels have a direct impact on the new generation or even several generations. Nowadays, there are a lot of theories which concern the digital literacy of teachers in K-12 education. However, few evaluation systems rely on the related theories. As a whole, it’s vital to establish an evaluation system which related to digital literacy of teachers in K-12 education. It can not only improve the efficiency of staff, but also benefit to make a comprehensive analysis of the collected data, thus accurately detect indicators and access the status of teachers’digital literacy in K-12 education. In a word, establishing a set of scientific digital literacy evaluation system for teachers’in K-12 education is of urgent need to effectively improve digital literacy of teachers in the new era.This thesis focuses on the research and implementation of the evaluation system for teachers’digital literacy in K-12 education, innovatively integrates online measurement with analysis and assessment in a system based on the same set of evaluation index system The meaning of this thesis is to provide a platform for teacher digital literacy level test and estimation, and makes the way to evaluation more diversified, more scientific and more convenient. The thesis carries out the research from the following aspects:(1) Theoretic research of teachers’digital literacy in K-12 education. First, it defines the denotation of teachers’digital literacy in K-12 education. Second, depending on the theoretic rules to construct the evaluation index system, thus it gives reference for the development of the system.(2) System analysis and Technical background introduction. In this part, the function requirement and system flow have been analyzed in detail. At the same time, key technology for the development of evaluation system and automatic test paper technology have been fully researched. At last, the structure model, platform and strategies of automatic paper-making have been determined.(3) The overall design of system. Coupled with function requirement and system flow analysis, it mainly designs the structure, function, and database, drawing an overall framework of the system.(4) System accomplishment and test. For this part, system development environment and basic function that is accomplished by PHP programming language have been introduced. Second, we display core module function of the system. Then it has been tested from the following aspects:system function, system performance and system compatibility.(5) Summary and outlook. Conclusion has been made concerning the design and accomplishment of the teachers’ digital literacy evaluation system in K-12 education from theoretical research and technology research. Meanwhile, the thesis analyzes the system advantage and disadvantage, and then indicates the trends of future development.
