With the rapid development of the internet and digital technology,digital ability has become one of the basic skills of human survival and development,and people pay more and more attention to it There are more and more researches about digitalability.However,digital ability as an important part of higher education,the research related to college graduate groups is seldom,and the research is still in its beginning and exploring stage.Thus,in order give some guidence for the digital ability education,causing the attention of the education sector,improveing about the students' writing ability,it is urgent to explore the current digital capabilities of today's graduate student groups.Based on the above situation,the research begin with framework of the European digital ability and through referencing the relevant theoretical research at home and abroad,summariz graduates' digital capability factors,take a in-depth analysis about the relationship between indicators and elements,provide a theoretical basis for constructing the digital evaluation system of graduate students;secondly,this paper will combine their own digital ability characteristics,developing graduate evaluation indexes of digital capacity;finally,studying full-time Master's and doctoral student of Tianjin Polytechnic University as the research object,in-depth analysis of the current postgraduate digital ability problems,and the causes of problems and the corresponding suggestions and countermeasures,and also can test the validity of the evaluation index system in practice in an academic environment.
