The professional identity of physical education teachers not only refers to whether they are satisfied with their work,but also is closely related to their work engagement and social support level.Due to differences in social environment,teachers in different regions and schools have different personal situations.In the process of providing services to students,some teachers experience a certain degree of professional identity crisis,which may affect their teaching behavior.This kind of professional identity crisis may also cause them to experience a certain degree of fatigue when facing physical education teaching.Therefore,it is necessary to study the influence of PE teachers’ professional identity on their teaching effect and to consider and improve their influence,is the necessary path for physical education teachers to achieve excellent results.This project plans to use the Occupational Identity Scale,Work Engagement Scale,Teaching Effectiveness Scale,and Social Support Scale developed by Zhou Ke,Yu Guoliang,and Schaufeli,among others.By measuring the professional identity,social support,work engagement,The teaching effect of PE teachers in different areas in Shaanxi Province,the current situation of these four dimensions of middle school physical education teachers in Shaanxi Province will be investigated,and theoretical and empirical analysis will be conducted,Revealing the internal connections between professional identity,social support,work engagement,and teaching efficacy.This article uses SPSS26.0 software and the Process plugin written by Hayes to perform link mediation function checks,and conducts statistical analysis such as reliability testing,independent sample T-test,correlation analysis,and building models.Finally,the following research:1.In terms of professional identity,Shaanxi Province PE teachers have no significant difference in age and education background,but the sex difference is obvious,professional title,region,and teaching experience.2.There are not significant differences in job engagement,educational qualifications,and professional titles among physical education teachers in Shaanxi Province,but there are significant differences in age,gender,region,and teaching experience.3.In terms of social support,t Among the P.E.teachers in Shaanxi Province,there is no significant difference in their age,education background,professional title and teaching experience.,region,and other aspects.4.The effect of PE teachers in Shaanxi Province is significantly different.in terms of professional titles,teaching experience,and other aspects.5 The professional identity of PE teachers in Shaanxi Province is positively correlated with teaching effect.,and the correlation coefficient is relatively significant.6.The social support of PE teachers in Shaanxi Province was positively correlated with teaching effect.The further path analysis of PE teachers’ social support shows that it can predict teaching effect positively.7.There is a positive correlation between the work engagement of physical education teachers in Shaanxi Province and teaching effectiveness.The further analysis of PE teachers’ work engagement shows that it can predict teaching effect positively.There is a chain mesomeric effect between professional identity and teaching effectiveness.Occupational identification can influence the degree of participation by social support,which will influence the teaching effect of Shaanxi Province P.E.teachers.
