Research On The Construction Of High-Quality Talent Training Mode In Vocational Undergraduate Universities

Under the multiple backgrounds of social and economic development,prominent structural contradictions of talent supply and the improvement of modern vocational education system,vocational undergraduate universities were born as a new type of higher vocational universities.China’s vocational undergraduate universities are still in the early stage of pilot,and the core problem of this development stage is the construction of talent training mode.Although the university has begun to recruit undergraduates,there are still many problems or confusion in talent training.The construction strategy of high-quality talent training mode is helpful to promote the reform and high-quality development of vocational education talents at undergraduate level.First of all,the connotation and attributes,components and characteristics of the high-quality talent training mode in vocational undergraduate universities are defined through the literature research method.Attributes include typicality,systematization,advance,and coordination.The characteristics are reflected in the dynamic evolution,multiple composition,demand fit,collaborative participation and regional characteristics.Secondly,through the interview survey method of some pilot universities,the necessary conditions,practical difficulties and influencing factors of the construction of high-quality talent training model in vocational undergraduate universities are summarized.The necessary conditions include the construction of national laws and regulations,the cooperation between government,schools and enterprises,multi-channel funds and support,and the "double-qualified" teachers.The practical dilemma is reflected in the fuzzy positioning of the cultivation target,the insufficient joint force of the cultivation subject,the disadvantages of the cultivation approach,the enhancement of the cultivation adaptability and the lack of the cultivation characteristics.The influencing factors involve the factors of traditional social values,the factors of regional industrial and economic development,the factors of modern vocational education system construction and the factors of vocational education talent training mode itself.Thirdly,through the comparative research method,the development background of German University of Applied Science,Finnish Technical College of Technology and Japanese specialized vocational universities is discussed,the construction characteristics are summarized and the enlightenment for the construction of talent training mode of vocational undergraduate universities in Chinese colleges is put forward.Finally,according to the above theoretical overview,practical analysis and construction experience,the value orientation,construction principle and construction path of high-quality talent training mode are put forward.Value orientation includes the needs of social development,the development of students and the needs of path creation.The construction principles include directional principle,integrity principle,feasibility principle,cooperation principle and diagnostic modification principle.Six construction paths are proposed to clarify the objectives of talent training,reform the professional curriculum,expand the subject of talent training,optimize the talent evaluation system,improve the talent training system and pursue the characteristics of talent training.
