It is an important way for the connection between secondary and undergraduate education to construct a modern vocational education system,training the high-skilled talent and realize the sustainable development of the students in the vocational school.Based on the analysis of the literature about the connecting model at home and abroad,starting with the implementation actuality of the talent training project about the connection between secondary and undergraduate education,the theory and practice of the connection pilot in the vocational college and university were researched with the methods such as literature analysis,interview and questionnaire survey.The common problems occurring in the process of training application skilled talents in these schools were explored and the practical countermeasures and safeguard measures were put forward to provide some references for the pilot and promotion of the project in the future.The specific research contents are as follows.The first chapter is the introduction.The background and the theoretical and practical significance of the research were explained.The research status of the existing teaching connection mode at home and abroad was reviewed and analyzed.The theoretical basis and research method were showed.The second chapter is the summary of the related theories of the cohesion of the middle and high vocational colleges.The chapter mainly discusses the definition of concepts,theory and policy basis and the analysis of the training target in higher vocational education.The research content was further clarified and theoretical support was provided.The third chapter is the analysis on the current situation and problem of the training mode of the talents in "3+4".Through the filed investigation,it was found that the target of the talent training in two-stage was ambiguous and the repetition was obvious.The publicity of the enrollment was not in place and the access to getting messages was narrow.The concept of traditional vocational education was biased and the government regulation was poor.The professional knowledge cognition and learning motivation of the students were lack.The contents of professional courses were repeated and the cultural basic courses were disjointed.The teachers were limited and the professional quality and professional development enthusiasm were lack.The reasons of the problems were analyzed from the perspective of society,schools,teachers and professional settings.The fourth chapter is the countermeasures for perfecting "3 + 4" talent training mode.On the countermeasures of recruiting students,the enrollment plan should be rationally adjusted based on the development of regional economy.The construction of professional connotation should be paid attention to and the continuity of enrollment and publicity should be maintained.An effective supervision mechanism should be established to optimize the enrollment environment.On the teaching management countermeasures.The convergence mechanism of teaching organization in secondary and undergraduate education should be improved and the research platform for both schools should be set up,and the regular teacher-student exchanges should be carried out.In the course of curriculum connection,the design of curriculum system should be unified and the modular curriculum should be constructed with professional competence as the core.The "double certificate" system should be implemented through introducing the national vocational qualification certificate and the education of cultural lessons should be paid attention to improve the level of quality education.In the school-enterprise cooperation,the path of enterprise participation should be widened,the legal system and the incentive mechanisms of enterprises should be strengthened.The fifth chapter is the guarantee measures for implementing "3 + 4" talents training mode.In the top-level design,the school philosophy of secondary and undergraduate school should be changed,and the pilot programs should be encouraged for special-type colleges and universities.In terms of funding support,the policy should be introduced to support it at the national level and a special funding system should be established at the school level.As for teaching staff,the construction of teachers in cultural courses should be strengthen and the practical teaching skills also should be strengthen,and the teacher training should be regularly carried out.The sixth chapter is the research conclusions and reflection.This chapter analyzes and argues the research questions as a whole,and draws the main conclusions of the study.In this chapter,the main conclusions of the study were drawn through the whole analysis and demonstration of the problems.At the same time,the shortcomings in the research were pointed out with a view to a further enriching and perfecting.
