| Research Objective: Fitness Qigong · Five Birds Opera is a safe and effective form of exercise that has been passed down to this day,which is very suitable for college students.Numerous studies have demonstrated that engaging in fitness qigong and five-bird opera can significantly enhance college students’ physical health.particularly in terms of motor function.As a functional screening technique.FMS may also accurately identify functional constraints and asymmetry issues.The FMS test process is controllable,low intensity,and high safety,which is very suitable for college students.Therefore,this thesis uses fitness qigong · five-bird opera as an experimental exercise intervention method,and by using FMS exercise functional screening and statistical experiments,we aim to study the effect of fitness qigong·five-bird opera practice on the motor function of college students.Research Methods:In order to study the effect of fitness qigong · five-bird opera on the motor function of college students’ FMS,the experimental subjects of this experimentwere 24 college students aged between 18 and 22 who studied fitness qigongand five-bird opera in public sports of Hebei Normal University of Science and Technology.To ensure the smooth running of the experiment,each group set aside a reserve staff.The experimental group underwent 9 weeks of fitness qigong and five-bird opera training as an experimental intervention,while the control group did not undergo any fixed form of training but only maintained its original state of activity.The seven action indicators(squat,hurdle step,lunge squat,shoulder flexibility,straight leg raise,push-ups,rotational stability)in the FMS test were selected for evaluation,and mathematical statistics were used to organize and analyze the data before and after the experiment.Finally,we used Excel and SPSS 22.0 to statistically analyze the data.Research result: The post-test scores of the squat,hurdle step,lunge squat,shoulder flexibility,rotational stability,and other test items in the experimental group were higher than the pre-test scores,and there was a significant difference(P0.05);in the control group,there was no significant difference in the FMS squat scores before and after the experiment(P>0.05);Analysis conclusion:(1)Health Qigong·Wu Qin Xi can improve the FMS squat score of ordinary college students,improve the hip flexion mode of squatting,and improve the joint mobility of lower limbs.(2)Health Qigong Wu Qin Xi can raise college students’ FMS hurdle step scores,as well as their capacity for active hip flexion and stable balance.(3)Wellness Qigong Ordinary college students’ FMS lunge and squat scores can be raised by Wu Qin Xi,who canalso increase the stability of the trunk and the stability and flexibility of the joints in the lower limbs.(4)Health Qigong Wu Qin Xi can increase the FMS shoulder flexibility score of regular college students and increase their shoulder joints’ capacity for adduction,internal rotation,abduction,and external rotation.(5)Health Qigong Wu Qin Xi can increase the FMS trunk rotation stability score of regular college students as well as their capacity to manage their core stability.(6)Health Qigong·Wu Qin Xi can improve the FMS total score of ordinary college students and improve the motor function of ordinary college students. |
