| With the promotion of vocational education reform,the child care major in secondary vocational schools focuses on the training of childcare talents,and connects with the higher vocational preschool education major in terms of higher education,which means that there are higher requirements for the pre-service education level of vocational education talents.However,there are prominent problems in the current early childhood behavior observation course of pre-service education in China.Graduates cannot objectively evaluate their physical and mental development after employment,and children’s behavior observation ability is insufficient.Through the literature research,it is found that the task-driven teaching method has obvious effect on cultivating students’ professional ability,improving the course status quo and improving the course teaching.Therefore,this study aims to apply the task-driven teaching method to the infant behavior observation curriculum and explore the effects of the task-driven teaching method in the behavior observation curriculum of secondary vocational children.The research introduction mainly explains the research background,concept definition,research purpose,research method,research significance,theoretical basis,literature review and research ideas.The research subject includes three parts.The first part is to design the action research scheme to solve the current problems in the behavior observation curriculum of G school.The second part is to investigate the current situation of children’s behavior observation course in Guangzhou G Secondary Vocational School(G School)through interview and questionnaire methods,and find that there are problems such as traditional teaching objectives,solidified teaching methods,lack of teaching content,single teaching evaluation,random teaching process and so on.Then,three rounds of action research were conducted to explore the teaching effect of the task-driven behavior observation course for secondary vocational children.Through the three rounds of action research,the teaching objectives,task design,the standardization of teaching links and other aspects are continuously improved,it is found that the application of task-driven teaching method to the behavior observation course of secondary vocational children has significant effects on improving the curriculum status,enhancing students’ interest in learning and mobilizing classroom learning.According to the effect of action research,the researchers proposed the optimization strategy based on task-driven behavior observation course of secondary vocational children,including: task continuous optimization,progressive target,constructing real task situation,stimulating learning interest;building observation interest groups and expanding teaching resources;enriching teaching materials with scientific and technological means,improving multiple evaluation methods and stimulating students’ potential. |
