Since 2014,under the guidance of the Ministry of Education,colleges and universities in Shanghai have successfully piloted "curriculum Ideology and politics",After proposing the concept of ideological and political education in the curriculum in 2016 for General Secretary Xi Jinping,Various parts of the country have successively carried out and promoted the ideological and political construction of courses,and gradually established the "integration of ideological and political courses in universities,middle schools,and primary schools.".Starting from the teaching design and teaching experiment integrating ideological and political elements into primary school physical education,this paper compares and analyzes the experimental results.It is found that ideological and political teaching in physical education can not only improve students’ physical health level,but also enhance students’ patriotism,stimulate students’ interest in learning,cultivate students’ ideals and beliefs,and help students establish a lifelong sports consciousness.So it can provide reference for other courses to carry out ideological and political teaching.In this study,literature,interview,questionnaire,teaching experiment,measurement,mathematical statistics,logical analysis and other research methods were adopted.With the content of integrating curriculum ideology and politics into primary school physical education as the research object,students of Grade 5(1)and Grade 5(2)in Deming Foreign Language Primary School affiliated to Guangxi Normal University as the investigation objects and experimental objects,experimental research was carried out.By sorting out literature,interviewing experts and other elements of sports ideology and politics,compiled the Questionnaire of Curriculum Ideology and Politics into Primary School Physical Education Teaching Content;The physical health test indexes were determined based on the National Physical Health Standards for Students and the teaching reference books of Physical Education and Health in Primary Schools(Grade 5).After the teaching experiment,the experimental class and the control class were compared and analyzed the differences in physical health test indexes and the cognition of sports ideological and political elements,and the following results and conclusions were drawn:Research results:1.According to the P value,there were significant differences in the three physical health indexes of the control group,namely,vital capacity,skipping rope and one-minute sit-up.There are significant differences in seven dimensions of ideological and political element cognition compared with before the experiment.2.The experimental group had significant differences in three physical health indexes of vital capacity,sit-up and 50 m ×8 round trip running compared with before the experiment.Compared with before the experiment,there are significant differences in seven dimensions of ideological and political element cognition.3.According to the experimental analysis results,before the experiment,there was no significant difference between the control class and the experimental class in physical health indicators and ideological and political elements cognition.After the experiment,there were significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the three indexes of vital capacity,sit-up and 50 m ×8 round trip running,as well as in the seven dimensions of ideological and political element cognition.Research conclusions:1.In the comparative experiment of two different teaching modes,the physical health indexes of students in both the control class and the experimental class were improved to a certain extent,but the improvement of the experimental class was greater.The reason is that the teaching content of the experimental class can greatly enhance students’ awareness of competition and rules,and cultivate students’ spirit and belief of enterprising,hard-working and persistent.Let the students in the usual training,can consciously strict with themselves,not because of temporary tired and lazy,so that the physical quality improvement faster.2.Both the control class and the experimental class improved the students’ cognition of ideological and political elements in sports,but the experimental class could improve the students’ cognition of ideological and political elements more effectively than the control class.In order to help students establish a correct outlook on life,values and world outlook,promote the comprehensive and healthy development of primary school students,for the country to train qualified successors.3.The analysis of teaching experiment data shows that the improvement of primary school students’ physical health indicators is positively correlated with the improvement of students’ cognition of ideological and political elements,and the two complement each other,influence and promote each other.
