Teenagers who are the group with high incidence of depression are in a sensitive period of psychological development at present.Depression,as a major threat to the physical and mental health of high school students, not only harms the academic development and quality of life of high school students, but also increases the risk of mental illness in adulthood. Therefore, the adolescent stage is crucial time window for depression prevention and intervention.Among many pathogenic factors of depression, cognitive bias is one of the important factors which is deeply affecting depression.A lack of tools to measure cognitive bias in depression among high school students should be seriously valued. In order to understand the current situation of cognitive bias of depression among high school students in Guangxi, this study compiled a questionnaire of cognitive bias of depression among high school students, and selected 1040 high school students in Guangxi as survey objects, and selected cases for counseling. The main results are as follows:(1)After exploratory factor analysis, the Chi-square value of Bartlett spherical test was 7261.01,and the significance level coefficient was P<0.05.Four dimensions are analyzed: extreme thinking, negative bias, perfectionism and self-denial.These four dimensions accounted for 57.782% of the variance in the questionnaire. Results of confirmatory factor analysis: X~2=422.47,df=164,X~2/df=2.576,RMSEA=0.068,RMR=0.078,GFI=0.90,NFI=0.847,CFI=0.90.Moreover,the questionnaire has good reliability and validity, which can be used as an effective tool to evaluate the cognitive bias of depression.(2)There are differences in cognitive bias of depression among high school students in terms of gender, grade and parent-child relationship. The total scores of extreme thinking, negative bias and self-denial of high school girls were significantly higher than that of men.The results of this study were similar, with the older the senior high school students that, the cognitive bias of depression decreased.High school students with more strained parent-child relationships scored higher on cognitive bias for depression, and vice versa also.(3)The depressive cognitive bias questionnaire and beck depression inventory were used for regression analysis The results showed that there was a significant linear relationship between the depressive cognitive bias questionnaire and the back depression inventory, and the two were highly correlated. The score of the depressive cognitive bias questionnaire could explain 64.4% of the back depression inventory score.(4)After the cognitive behavioral intervention, overall cognitive bias for depression decreased by 29%,negative bias decreased by 13%,and self-denial decreased by 7%,indicating that the cognitive bias for depression of high school students can be improved through Case counseling.
