Research On Resource Links For Social Work Service Smart Community Construction

Chinese society has moved towards the background of digital,intelligent and informative development of the times in the increasingly powerful science and technology,and information technology has closely connected people’s lives and provided them with an efficient,comfortable and safe living environment.The central government has repeatedly proposed to recent years to integrate multiple service resources and fully apply information technology tools such as big data,cloud computing and artificial intelligence to create a new form of community governance,and to encourage social workers to join them to provide more specialized,distinctive and personalized services,and to promote the construction of smart communities with multiple forces.How social workers can give full play to their professional role in the limited service project period,link various resources for the community and accomplish the goal of smart community construction has become a new topic for common consideration in the field of social work innovation.This study takes the D smart community construction service project undertaken by S social work service organization as an example,follows the guidelines and dimensions of smart community construction,combines the actual life needs of community residents,and studies how social work can efficiently link and utilize resources,so as to solve the essential problems of smart community construction.Guided by social-ecological system theory and enrichment theory,this paper uses participant observation and unstructured interview methods in qualitative research methods,and analyzes the necessity and feasibility of resource linkage for social work service D smart community construction by combining the guidelines on smart community construction and the actual life needs of community residents.By sorting out the existing resource linkage status of D community,it is found that there are more idle material resources in the community,human resources are not mobilized,fewer organizational resources are introduced from to the community,and certain policy resources and information technology resources are also lacking.It was also analyzed that the reasons for the lack of resource linkage in D community were low community cohesion,imperfect community mutual benefit norms and lack of professional resource linkage support.In terms of feasibility,the project aims to make use of the professional strengths of social work and professional means to achieve the project goals,and use the overall strategy of resource linkage to help D community to link and utilize various resources.By stimulating the micro system,meso system and macro system in the social-ecological system theory,social workers can promote the effective interaction among the systems,link the internal and external resources of D community,including material resources,human resources,organizational resources,policy resources and information technology resources,and make targeted and reasonable use of the linked resources in order to bring into play the effectiveness of resource linkage and strive to fit the construction of D smart community.dimension,enhance the participation in community residents,increase the welfare level of D communities,and promote the construction of D smart communities.Social work also faces many challenges in the process of resource linkage for smart community construction,such as low social recognition of social work profession and limited timeliness of resources.The author concludes from the research: First,the creation of "residents + community + social organizations + enterprises + government" resource linkage model for the construction of smart communities to promote the sustainable construction and development of smart communities;second,the difficulty of linking the five types of resources varies,while the linkage of material resources and human resources is relatively easy and can reduce the cost of linking resources later.Link cost;Third,the link application of information technology resources is more significant.Fourthly,resource linking services for social work professionals can reduce the cost of building smart communities.Finally,certain suggestions are made: first,to clarify the positioning of social workers and do a good job as resource linkers;second,to build a sound resource information exchange platform to improve the use of resource links;third,to improve the top-level design and encourage the linking of multiple resources to participate in the construction of smart communities.
