The aging of the population has brought about a large number of disabled elderly problems.At present,the disabled elderly mainly rely on their children or spouses to provide family care.The disabled elderly themselves bear long-term physical burden,suffering from illness and psychological pressure.The disabled elderly family bears heavy economic and care burden,and can not meet the needs of the disabled elderly for the elderly by relying solely on family care.However,the state has not made a clear distinction between the care service for the disabled elderly and the old-age service for the general elderly,there is no special policy arrangement for the disabled elderly,special old-age hospitals and old-age institutions are also fully open to the disabled elderly.As a result of the disability of the elderly at home The demand of old-age service for the disabled can not be satisfied effectively.The disabled people at home can not get the resources they need,and they can't meet the old-age needs by family care alone.Resource link plays a key role in social work service,social work service can also play its professional value for the disabled elderly link to use other external resources,with the help of social forces to solve the problem of pension for the disabled at home.Ease the burden of family caregivers.This paper is an exploratory study on the link of social work service resources for the urban disabled elderly.Taking the L community of Wuhan City as the survey site,the author made a three-month participation observation and in-depth interview by taking advantage of the practice opportunities of social workers.This paper tries to explain the resource sources of social work service for the disabled in urban areas,and to find out the effective way to link the social work service resources.Based on the analysis and summary of the present situation of urban disabled people's access to resources,it is found that the urban disabled people are not aware of the resources they can get,and that the urban disabled people are not aware of the resources they can get.The unavailability of resources and the lack of access to meet their needs.From the perspective of the theory of welfare diversification,we should fully explore the resources of various systems for the disabled:the state provides policy protection for the disabled at home,and society provides a variety of resources and financial support for care services for the disabled.Family is the main source of emotional comfort and spiritual support for the disabled at home.The market provides various living and recreational resources for the disabled at home.Based on the current city The difficulties in obtaining resources for the disabled at home and the types of resources that can be linked to social work services,and the search for effective ways for social workers to link resources,with a view to helping social workers find links to resources for services,In order to effectively serve the urban disabled elderly groups.The study suggests that the social work service for the urban disabled must rely on external resources in order to ensure the effectiveness of the service,linking the available resources of the urban disabled,and supplementing and perfecting the resource system for the disabled at home.It needs multi-participation to solve the old-age plight of the disabled in the city.
