Research On The Involvement Of Social Work In Rural Empty Nesters From The Perspective Of Social Ecosystem Theory

With the accelerating development of China’s urbanization process,the aging degree of China’s society is also deepening,and the number of empty nesters in rural areas is also on the rise.This chain reaction not only increases the burden of social care,but also has a severe impact on the construction of the rural home-based care service system.With the vigorous promotion of the rural revitalization policy in the new era,the diversified needs of the rural empty nesters for elderly care services and the satisfaction demand of self-efficiency are also developing towards diversification.Then how to deal with and answer the diversified social pension service needs of rural empty nesters in the aging society is a difficult problem for the government and the society to solve.The professional concept of social work has just found a new breakthrough to solve this problem.Based on this point,this research takes the study of social workers’ intervention in the rural empty-nesters service in X community as the research body.Through the collection and sorting of questionnaires,semi-structured interviews,participatory observation and other research methods,in-depth research on the current situation of X community pension service and the needs of rural empty-nesters service.According to the actual needs of rural empty nest groups in X community in four aspects of life care,safety,medical health and social communication,the construction of social work intervention in X community pension service system is studied.At the same time,based on the theory of social ecosystem,the three dimensions of "micro,medium and macro" are combined with the actual needs of rural empty nest elderly pension service in X community,and the research and analysis framework of social work practice is established.Around the research analysis framework,social workers also carry out a large number of group activities and community activities according to the framework and actual needs.Although there are part in the process of activities such as:empty nest elderly lack of understanding of social workers,participation is not active,insufficient resources link,but also in the actual results to convey the rural empty nesters positive life concept,improve the old man mutual consciousness,effectively meet the actual needs of the empty nest elderly,expand community functions,build a more perfect empty nesters social support system,reached the rural empty nest elderly endowment service system construction and pension service quality,increase the purpose of the rural empty nest elderly endowment well-being.
