A Practical Study On Employment Of Juvenile Community Correction Object In Case Work Intervention From The Perspective Of Social Support Theory

The stable employment of juvenile community correction object is conducive to their reintegration into society,reducing the motivation for re-offending,which having great significance to promoting the construction of a peaceful and harmonious society.With the increasing number of new labor force in our country year by year,the competition of employment is becoming more and more fierce.Under the circumstance that the juvenile community correction object is at a disadvantage in terms of social competitiveness such as academic qualifications and skills,it will also be affected by the criminal record,making it more competitive passively in the employment competition,and many employers even directly shut out people with criminal records.However,adolescents who receive community corrections are still a special group with certain threats.If they cannot obtain appropriate jobs and complete social integration,they will undoubtedly become a hidden danger to social security and social stability.Therefore,whether it is out of concern for the living conditions of juvenile community correction objects or based on the consideration of maintaining social stability,the employment of juvenile community correction objects deserves social attention.This paper takas a juvenile community correction case in Project X as an example,mainly adopts the method of case work,and uses social support theory as the theoretical support,with case interview method and participatory observation method and other research methods to collect data,jointly formulating service goals and plans with juvenile community correction object.By strengthening the personal,developmental and environmental factors that promote the employment of juvenile community correction object,it can improve their employment network support,and promote them smoothly to employment and integration.In this paper,the author presents the complete process of professional services in detail,evaluating the effect of intervention.On this basis,it reflects on the professionalism of casework intervention in community corrections.
