Since my country has entered a deeply aging society,the trend of financial socialization has been deepening,and financial fraud for the elderly has gradually become a common and serious social problem,attracting the attention of all walks of life.Because the village-transferred seniors have experienced the transition of living space,the village-transferred seniors are more likely to encounter financial fraud than the rural seniors.Compared with the urban elderly,the elderly living in villages have a lower level of financial fraud prevention ability,so their financial fraud situation is more severe.As a "secret" special group,the elderly from the village to live in financial fraud cases emerge in endlessly but are often more easily ignored by the public.It is necessary to improve the prevention ability of financial fraud of elderly village residents and take multiple measures to reduce the risk of financial fraud to solve the bottleneck of in-depth development of inclusive financial policy in China and meet the needs of vulnerable groups such as elderly village residents for a better life.From the perspective of financial and social work,this study practiced and studied the specific problem of how to improve the prevention ability of financial fraud by the education group.The author use the method of questionnaire and semi-structured interview and participation observation of the three data collection methods,it takes a village to the west coast of Qingdao city new district F community turn in the elderly in the community as the research object,to fully understand the basic information of the F community,F community elderly financial fraud prevention capacity status quo and problems of financial fraud prevention capacity and related conditions.Through investigation and analysis,it is found that the elderly in F community are generally at a low level of financial fraud prevention ability,which is manifested as lack of financial fraud prevention knowledge,weak awareness of financial fraud prevention,lack of access to financial fraud prevention opportunities,and unskilled financial fraud prevention skills.Therefore,based on social learning theory,asset construction theory and empowerment theory,it is of practical significance to carry out practical intervention through the process of educational group activities with situational education method.The education group recruited a total of eight elderly village residents to participate in the service,which mainly included six group activities in four stages of "cognitive inspiration","knowledge and ability learning","example guidance" and "simulation strengthening".The group activities involve the group members’ learning of the types and characteristics of financial fraud,the establishment of rights protection awareness and access to rights protection channels,the improvement of financial fraud prevention awareness and the skilled use of financial fraud prevention tools.After the evaluation,it is found that the intervention of education group can better improve the prevention ability of financial fraud of the elderly.Whether it is financial fraud prevention knowledge,financial fraud prevention consciousness or financial fraud prevention skills and other internal factors can be promoted or improved to a certain extent.In addition,the intervention of the education group can also popularize financial services for the elderly,and help the elderly to achieve fairness in terms of access to financial fraud prevention opportunities.
