Through the different manifestations of anxiety in the new small classes,Observing the different mitigation strategies adopted by the teachers,To examine the mitigation effects of various strategies on children’s emotions,Analyze the different effects of the countermeasures;Teachers in different background factors,To cope with their children’s anxiety,Different measures are required,Combined with the participatory observation method and the questionnaire survey method,Summarize and find the influencing factors that make teachers adopt different strategies;Find out some hidden and imperceptible practical problems that teachers deal with,Put forward feasible suggestions for teachers to alleviate their anxiety of entering kindergarten,To help teachers to find appropriate coping strategies in practical teaching activities,Make the children adapt to the kindergarten as soon as possible,Successfully completed the transition from family to kindergarten.In this study,a kindergarten in Shijiazhuang city was selected as the research object,mainly using the participatory observation method and the questionnaire survey method to analyze the performance of their anxiety behavior and the strategies adopted by teachers to alleviate their anxiety behavior.According to the survey,anxiety is a common problem among the children after entering the kindergarten.Anxiety behavior is worst in the first week,moderate in the second week,and then basically adapted.From the perspective of children:the stable attachment relationship is broken,strange communication objects,children’s social level is low,in the process of communication will always be powerless,unable to start,thus feeling lonely and helpless,and then have anxiety.Children after entering the kindergarten will also show in the physiological aspects,loss of appetite,sleep problems and other problems.For this sudden improvement of the requirements,children often suddenly can not adapt to it,which will cause psychological inadaptation,and usually show helplessness and anxiety.Teachers ’adoption of children’s kindergarten anxiety strategies is influenced by various factors.Teachers ’working time,educational background,major,teaching mentality,teaching ability,teaching methods and home communication will all have an impact on the choice of teachers’ education strategies.Based on the conclusion of this study,the following suggestions are made: teachers should improve their education and strengthen their professionalism;teachers should correct themselves and actively face children;teachers should improve their teaching ability and effectively deal with children;teachers should communicate well and achieve home education.
