In the 21st century,the Party and the state attach great importance to strengthening the moral quality education of young students,emphasizing that moral education is the first,highlighting the modern,scientific and practical effect of moral education.As a subject that can enhance physique,improve personality and temper will,physical education and health bear the responsibility of moral education.How to carry out and implement moral education in physical education and health discipline is a topic that attracts much attention at present.Therefore,based on the "Shanghai Primary and Secondary School Physical Education and Fitness discipline moral education teaching Guidance" as the policy basis,this paper investigates the implementation of physical education and health discipline moral education in Shanghai compulsory education stage,summarizes the experience,finds the deficiencies,and raises the corresponding reform measures,in order to enhance the effectiveness of physical education and health discipline moral education.By means of literature,text analysis,interview,questionnaire and mathematical statistics,this paper investigates and analyzes the implementation of moral education teaching in physical education and health subject of compulsory education in Shanghai.Firstly,the literature method was used to sort out the related parts of physical education,so as to understand the research progress of moral education at home and abroad.Secondly,text analysis is adopted to sort out and analyze the core requirements,content,evaluation and implementation suggestions of moral education in the Guidelines,providing theoretical basis for the analysis of this study.Then,on the basis of interviewing front-line physical education teachers and moral education experts,the Questionnaire on the Implementation of physical education and health discipline moral education teaching in Shanghai at the stage of compulsory education was compiled.By using the questionnaire,through the investigation of physical education teachers and students,the overall analysis of the implementation of the Guidelines and the effect of moral education implementation was made.Based on the research above,the following research results are obtained:1.Students’ physical morality is relatively good,and moral education penetration has a certain effect.More than half of the students can show the consciousness of abiding by the rules and the behavior of helping each other in the process of learning and practicing,which indicates that physical education teachers can consciously carry out moral education in the process of teaching implementation.But physical education teachers should also pay attention to the cultivation of students insist to the end,the correct view of victory and defeat and other aspects of sports morality.2.Physical education teachers need to strengthen the implementation of the Guidelines in moral education teaching practice.The Guiding Opinions put forward specific and operable expressive moral education goals,listed rich moral education contents according to different sports events,and put forward diversified evaluation methods.However,physical education teachers’ understanding of physical education and health discipline moral education is not high enough,and the understanding channel is relatively simple,mainly policy documents and literature.When formulating the goal of moral education,there is little reference to "Guiding Opinions",and the selection and penetration of moral education content is not comprehensive enough.In the process of moral education evaluation,oral comments are the main evaluation methods,and evaluation methods such as scale evaluation and point reward are seldom used.According to the survey results,making the following proposals: first,carry out teacher training regularly to improve teachers’ moral awareness and ability;Secondly,we should dig deep into the connotation of moral education and set the expressive goal of moral education.Thirdly,choose and develop sports items rationally to enrich the content of physical moral education;Fourth,perfect moral education evaluation system,pay attention to situational evaluation;Fifth,pay attention to teacher-student interaction,strengthen emotional experience.
