| In September 2021,the People’s Republic of China Ministry of Education and General Administration of Sport jointly declared the initiation of The "Guiding Opinions on Further Improving and Standardizing the Recruitment Work of High Level Sports Teams in Colleges and Universities"(hereinafter known as the "New Policy")is being formulated. The recruitment and assessment of top-notch athletes in multiple areas is now made easier through the enhancement of requirements. This article’s focus is on a particular cohort of high school sports specialists, taking Zhuhai City as an illustration. In Zhuhai City,a study was conducted to analyze the way in which high school sports specialists interact and train.Exploring the potential of the "New Policy" to enhance the education and preparation of high school sports specialists is an issue worth investigating.Various research techniques, such as literature review, questionnaire and interview, and field survey, are employed in this article. Two questionnaires were designed for high school physical education majors and physical education teachers in Zhuhai.SPSS software was employed to collate and analyze the data collected, assessing its dependability, accuracy, and normal distribution features,as well as performing descriptive statistics and difference analysis.Correlation analysis was conducted. At long last, the following deductions were drawn:(1)In Zhuhai, the gender of high school sports specialty students is predominantly male, with lower sports grades and shorter training years.Under the "New Policy",the learning management, initiative, organization form, and duration of Zhuhai physical education students in the learning dimension are generally satisfactory, yet their satisfaction with learning and comprehension of the link between education and instruction are not as robust. In contrast, the training initiative, duration, engagement, form, and support in the training dimension are relatively good, yet the number of competitions is not as high.(2)In Zhuhai City, gender and willingness to apply for the exam are significantly disparate in the variables of "learning and training" among high school physical education students, and a positive correlation exists between their "overall learning situation" and "overall training situation" to some degree.(3)In Zhuhai, the physical education teachers at high school have scant sports knowledge and experience, and are not well-versed in the techniques of senior coaches. The impetus for team-leading training is solely personal. There are fewer opportunities to participate in professional training and learning. The organizational training schedule is reasonable, but the training plan system is incomplete.Leading a team to participate in high-level events is low in frequency and level,so it is difficult to avoid conflicts in the scheduling of learning and training.(4)In Zhuhai, the choice and supervision of athletes in high school sports specialties are far from flawless. The training positioning is not comprehensive enough. The delivery direction is single, and emphasis is placed on improving the enrollment rate. Finally, based on the research findings, this article explores the optimization of learning and training for high school sports specialty students in Zhuhai, and proposes suggestions such as improving the cognitive level of learning and training, increasing training investment and cultural education efforts, optimizing the construction of teaching staff and teaching organization process, optimizing the selection mechanism and teaching organization form. |
