As one of the important contents of curriculum reform,textbooks are the link between editors,teachers and students to establish a relationship.In the early stage of the conversion of new and old textbooks,the community connection of "editors--textbooks--textbooks users" is not close enough,which may lead to various problems in the use of textbooks and difficulties in the implementation of core literacy.Starting from the fall semester of 2021,Shanghai senior High School Textbooks Biology,a new textbook published by Shanghai Science and Technology Publishing House,will be used by all senior high school students in Shanghai.In order to better understand the current situation of the use of new textbooks,it is urgent to investigate the current situation of the use of textbooks by teachers and senior high school students and to carry out the fundamental task of achieving core literacy and cultivating virtues.Firstly,this study expounds the background and significance of the research,and clarifies the specific objectives of the research based on the community theory and curriculum hierarchy theory.In the literature review,this paper focuses on the research on the use of textbooks,combs and analyzes the main research progress and trend of the research on the use of textbooks and evaluation of textbooks by domestic and foreign scholars,and finds that there is still a lack of in-depth research on the use and evaluation of textbooks that reflects the close correlation of the use of textbooks in the community,and there is a lack of research on the selection of evaluation indicators in the evaluation of textbooks.Through questionnaire survey and interview,the research obtains the status quo of high school students and teachers using new biology textbooks and the reasons behind it.By connecting the current situation of textbook use with the interview of textbook writers,this paper summarizes the suggestions of textbook writers on the use of new textbooks and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for the use of new textbooks.Through the preliminary literature analysis and empirical data research,this paper makes a preliminary exploration on the construction of the evaluation index system of textbook use.Based on the above theoretical and empirical research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)From the perspective of community theory,teachers and students are the core users of textbooks,and editors are the most important passers of writing concepts;(2)It is found that there is a difference in understanding of textbooks between users and writers;(3)Strengthening the connection between teachers and writers is inseparable from the rational application of teachers’ teaching reference books;(4)Preliminary exploration on the evaluation index system of teaching materials use.Finally,relevant suggestions are put forward to the teaching material use community:(1)New teaching material use suggestions pointing to the "teacher-student coconstruction" and the implementation of core literacy;(2)Suggestions pointing to "co-construction of research and editing" and promoting cooperation and exchanges between scholars and authors;(3)Suggestions pointing to "community construction" and promoting the use of community elements in textbooks and close communication at the curriculum level.The research conclusion points to the investigation of the current situation of the use of new textbooks and the analysis of countermeasures,and promotes the formation of the use of textbooks community,the realization of the fundamental task of moral cultivation and the cultivation of students’ core qualities.
