Entrepreneurship Education In Local Universities From The Perspective Of Niche Theory Optimization Of Ecosystem

The entrepreneurial education ecosystem is an important part of China’s innovation and entrepreneurship system.The optimization and upgrading of the entrepreneurial education ecosystem plays an important strategic role in promoting the high-quality development of China’s innovation and entrepreneurship and building an upgraded version of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,which provides a solid foundation for promoting the high-level development of China’s innovation and entrepreneurship.In the diversified local entrepreneurial ecological environment,colleges and universities are at the core of the entrepreneurial education ecosystem and should play a leading role in entrepreneurial education.Local colleges and universities not only undertake the task of entrepreneurship education on campus,but also play an irreplaceable role in regional basic entrepreneurship services and the docking of college students’ entrepreneurial resources.By investigating the development of entrepreneurship education in universities in Huangshi city,this paper finds out the problems existing in the local entrepreneurship education ecosystem: Entrepreneurship teaching system is not perfect;it is difficult to match;the composition of entrepreneurial teachers is unreasonable;and the platform construction of entrepreneurship needs to be improved;lack of innovation in external docking approaches.In this paper,H University,a local university,is selected as the case for in-depth analysis.The university has established the first master’s degree in entrepreneurship education in China.Through the joint construction of the government,universities and enterprises and the exchange of resources,the university has built a distinctive innovation platform and built an entrepreneurial education ecosystem that links multiple elements of local ecology and collaboratively operates among various subjects.And take this as the core to serve the training of innovative and entrepreneurial talents in colleges and universities.By dividing and positioning the elements of the entrepreneurial education ecosystem in the case,focusing on the relationship and interaction mechanism among the elements of the entrepreneurial education ecosystem in local colleges and universities,sorting out the entrepreneurial education ecosystem framework under the leadership of local colleges and universities on the basis of summarizing the case information,and then putting forward operational strategies around the system framework built based on the niche theory.That is,the strategy of state expansion of elements in the system,the strategy of state separation of elements in the system,and the strategy of co-evolution of main elements in the system.Furthermore,it will promote the development of the entrepreneurial education ecosystem led by multi-subject participation and joint construction of local colleges and universities,and boost the reform of entrepreneurship education in Chinese colleges and universities.
