College students in China is facing increasingly serious employment problem,how to cultivate innovative and entrepreneurial talent person with comprehensive quality has become a key work target of the government and colleges.As a platform for talent person cultivation and transmission,colleges should build an entrepreneurial ecosystem that meets the requirements of the times.Firstly,it can improve the entrepreneurial education system.Secondly,promote the comprehensive quality of college students,then,enhance entrepreneurial awareness and entrepreneurial spirit,improve the quality of employment of current college students.And ultimately achieve steady social and economic growth.Jiangsu Province ranks the first in China in terms of its comprehensive competitiveness in real economy,which has made great contributions to China's economic and social development.It is also a major education province in China.It has unique industrial and technological advantages,regional resource advantages and talent training advantages.Its development focus and concept must be realized from the development mode driven by factors and capital to the development mode driven by innovation Change of exhibition mode.As an important part of innovation driven,entrepreneurship plays an important role in guiding.Based on the study of entrepreneurship theory and social ecology,this paper summarizes the research achievements of scholars at home and abroad,captures the ecological factors that affect college students' entrepreneurship,and identifies the interrelationships between the factors,and summarizes the experiences and practices of building a college entrepreneurship ecosystem break the current predicament of college students' entrepreneurship,create a healthy,sustainable and healthy development of entrepreneurial environment.At last,promoting the formation of an orderly atmosphere of "Mass Entrepreneurship,Mass Innovation".The article is roughly divided into five parts.The first part is by investigating and reading various documents and policy,this article has a systematic understanding of how to build an entrepreneurial ecosystem and improve entrepreneurship education,and realizes the necessity of Jiangsu Province to build that as a major education province.The second part provides theoretical basis for the construction of entrepreneurial ecosystem by combing entrepreneurial theory and ecological theory.The Third prat is through questionnaire survey and field interview,this paper makes an investigation and Analysis on the current situation and various viewpoints of the person in charge of the entrepreneurship base,the entrepreneurship tutor and the entrepreneurs in Jiangsu colleges.The statistical questionnaire data was collected in time,and the corresponding research report was drawn.The fourth part is based on the analysis of the current entrepreneurialenvironment in China and Jiangsu,the internal and external environmental factors that affect university students' entrepreneurship are concluded.And I will analyze the impact of these environments on college students' entrepreneurship.In the fifth part,I will put forward operable countermeasures based on the above research.Combined with the questionnaire analysis of the undergraduate entrepreneurship in Jiangsu,then I can find out the experiences and shortcomings of various colleges and universities in the process of entrepreneurship education.Using ecological theory and social ecological research methods and starting at the internal and external environmental elements,this paper proposes effective ways to improve the entrepreneurial environment of college students and builds an suitable entrepreneurial ecosystem for colleges and universities in Jiangsu.
