| With the strong support of the state,school soccer has made certain achievements in the construction of soccer special schools,conditions,teacher training and training competitions.In the 8th meeting of Hubei Province,Hubei Province proposed to build a regional development layout of "one main lead,two wings drive,the whole area synergy",and the "Xiangshi Suishen" city group as one of the two wings,is the northern column of the province’s development.According to the policy of "Xiangshi Suishen" city cluster,school soccer is included in its development plan,which is in line with its development layout.In order to promote the development of school soccer in the "Xiangshi Suishen" city cluster and enrich the content of the city cluster’s collaborative development,this study takes the current situation,constraints and countermeasures for the development of school soccer in primary and secondary schools in each city cluster as the research object,and takes the leaders and physical education teachers of the featured schools as the investigation subjects.The current situation of 23 schools in the "Xiangshi Suishen" urban agglomeration was analyzed by using literature,questionnaires,expert interviews,and mathematical statistics.The following conclusions were drawn:(1)The development of campus soccer in the "Xiangyang,Shiyan and Shennongjia" city cluster is unbalanced,and the overall development of campus soccer in Xiangyang and Shiyan is better than that in Suizhou and Shennongjia.(2)In terms of organization and management,all schools have formed school soccer leadership groups,but the division of labor within the groups is not clear;the rules and regulations of schools with school soccer characteristics are not sound.(3)In terms of conditions and guarantee,the number of soccer teachers is small and the level of soccer coaches is low,and teacher training is good;there is a single source of funding;the venues cannot fully meet the needs;and importance is attached to the purchase of insurance for students.(4)In terms of education and teaching,there are not enough soccer class hours and fewer school-based teaching materials are developed;school soccer culture is carried out in an arena and lacks innovation.(5)In terms of training and competition,not enough attention is paid to the construction of girls’ soccer team;the number of training sessions for soccer team is insufficient;the development of school class soccer league needs to be improved.According to the constraints,the following countermeasures are proposed:(1)Pay attention to the collaborative development of campus soccer education and teaching,and strengthen cooperation in soccer teaching materials and campus soccer culture.(2)Improve the construction of soccer teachers by establishing a collaborative teacher training mechanism,cooperating with soccer training institutions,implementing a teacher rotation system,hiring outstanding retired soccer players to campus and cooperating with universities.(3)Accelerate the introduction of a collaborative development plan for campus soccer competitions and develop a collaborative development competition system for campus soccer.(4)Strengthen the collaborative development of campus soccer conditions,improve the supply rate and utilization rate of soccer fields,and broaden the sources of funding for campus soccer development.(5)To set up a leading organization for the collaborative development of campus soccer,and jointly establish a leadership group for campus soccer in the "Xiangshi Suishen" city cluster. |
