Along with the rapid development of urbanization,a large number of rural laborers have flocked to cities,constituting a huge group of migrant workers.While rural workers make important contributions to family economic income,they are also helplessly faced with many practical problems,one of which is the family upbringing of their children.With the implementation of the Law on the Promotion of Family Education,the state has been promoting the planning and reform of family education,clearly pointing out that the development of family education requires "social cooperation" and emphasizing the guidance and service of school subjects to family education,and home-school cooperation has gradually become an important form of family education support.Therefore,it is of far-reaching practical significance to conduct a study on the theme of kindergarten’s support for family education of young children left behind in rural areas.Empirical research is conducted throughout this study,mainly using questionnaire survey method,with some rural kindergarten teachers and parents of left-behind children in Yan cheng City,Jiangsu Province as the research subjects,and in view of the disparity in the economic development level among the districts and counties under Yan cheng City,Da feng District,Yan du District,Fu ning County and Xing shui County,which run through the north and south of Yan cheng City,were selected as the survey sites.A total of 750 valid questionnaires were collected from teachers and 7,428 from parents,of which 1,710 were used for the quantitative analysis of the study.The quantitative results showed that the rural kindergartens in the selected areas and counties of this study have responded positively to the national call and promoted the parenting support for the families of left-behind children in the kindergartens in an orderly manner."The actual content and means of parenting support for rural families of left-behind children match the supply of parenting support in kindergartens,but specifically The actual content and access of parenting support for rural families with young children left behind matched the provision of parenting support in kindergartens,but specifically,both kindergarten parenting support and family parenting access showed significant differences in different demographic variables.Based on the results of the quantitative analysis,this study also summarized the problems of kindergartens in supporting the families of left-behind children in rural areas,and found that the problems were "unequal","uneven" and "different"."We also analyzed the causes of the above problems from the perspective of home-school cooperation in three aspects: kindergarten,family and home-school cooperation.Finally,based on the above-mentioned multifaceted problems and causes,an attempt was made to build a top-down and internally and externally balanced operational mechanism for kindergarten family parenting support and guarantee.First,the government level should establish support policies and set up special funds to play a leading role in forming a synergistic mechanism;second,the kindergarten level should improve teachers’ awareness and level of support and pay attention to the parenting needs of left-behind families to form a parenting synergy;further,the Finally,at the community level,we should establish the awareness of co-parenting between the home and the community and actively utilize the resources of all parties in order to optimize the parenting support environment. |
