With the continuous development of science and technology and the deep integration of information technology and teaching,China’s requirements and standards for education informatization are also rising,and it is pointed out that the process of education informatization should be improved by measures such as smart education,smart campus and smart management.The smart class is the main platform for implementing smart education and cultivating smart talents,which provides new ideas for the cultivation of innovative talents in China.However,the research and application of smart class is still in its initial stage,and it is often difficult to play its real role in the practical application of smart class.Based on the above background,this paper takes chemistry class in high school as a perspective,starts from chemistry class in high school,takes wisdom class as a support,takes student as the core,takes developing students’ Core Competency as the goal,explores the design and implementation path of high school chemistry teaching based on wisdom class,and uses wisdom class to help students’ Core Competency development.To this end,this paper mainly does the following:Firstly,using the literature analysis method,the author read and analyzed the research literature about smart classroom and related national policies,and systematically sorted out the status of related research at home and abroad.Through further analysis and summary of the literature,the concept of smart classroom in this study is established,the connotation and characteristics of smart classroom are explained,and the theoretical basis of teaching design based on smart classroom is analyzed.Secondly,based on the existing research results,the teaching structure and elements of the smart classroom are analyzed,the basis for the construction of a smart classroom in high school chemistry is systematically elaborated,and the teaching design process of high school chemistry based on the smart classroom is constructed in combination with the ADDIE model to provide practical guidance for the construction of a smart classroom in high school chemistry.Finally,based on the framework,concept,rationale and design process outlined in the previous paper,the instructional design was carried out with Ethylene as an example,and the design process was demonstrated,and the preliminary evaluation of the instructional design case was conducted using content analysis.The case was then applied to teaching practice by observing the class,interviewing the teacher and questionnaireing the students after class to provide a basis for the comprehensive evaluation of the instructional design.In this study,theoretically,the concept,rationale and process of high school chemistry instructional design based on smart classroom were elaborated,and relevant teaching cases were designed.The teaching cases were evaluated through teacher evaluation and teaching practice,and it was found that the teaching design cases carried out by applying the design concept,basis and process can better integrate information technology and help students’ wisdom generation and literacy development,which can provide reference for the majority of high school chemistry teachers’ smart classroom teaching design and practice.
