Reasoning can not only promote the development of students’ thinking,but also allow students to maintain the habit of evidence when solving problems,using a rigorous way of thinking to solve problems.Based on the review of algebraic reasoning literature,it is found that there are few practical researches on how to cultivate the algebraic reasoning ability of seventh grade students.In fact,seventh grade students have certain abstract thinking ability.Only when they know how to cultivate the basis of algebraic reasoning ability of seventh grade students can they implement targeted teaching and lay a good foundation for junior middle school algebra learning.The author puts forward the following questions: How to cultivate students’ algebraic reasoning ability in teaching? What is the effect of adopting relevant strategies to implement the teaching of Algebraic reasoning on students?First of all,based on the investigation of students’ algebraic reasoning,the author found that seventh grade students’ reasoning ability was weak in the field of algebra.Students can not fully understand the role of positive and negative examples in reasoning;In the aspect of inductive reasoning,seventh grade students have limited thinking on finding rules;Weak in symbolic-based operations and reasoning.Secondly,the author analyzes the emphasis of algebraic reasoning in the textbook and the requirement of the curriculum standard on the reasoning ability,and combines the current situation of students’ algebraic reasoning ability,and then gives the teaching strategy,that is,through reasoning training,deepen the understanding of algebraic reasoning;The process of algebraic reasoning is clarified through explicit reasoning basis and conclusion.Through the integration of reasonable reasoning and deductive reasoning,improve students’ ability of algebraic reasoning.Thirdly,through the teaching practice of algebraic reasoning,the author summarizes the conclusion of algebraic reasoning teaching,that is,through reasoning training,to promote the expression of students’ algebraic reasoning process;The integration of deductive reasoning and reasonable reasoning in practice teaching improves students’ thinking ability,so that students can get the propositional proof through the operation and reasoning of symbols,rather than relying on examples.Explicit algebraic reasoning process can make students clear the basis and help students understand the reasoning process;Based on the data result analysis of practice,adopting teaching strategies has a positive impact on students’ academic performance.Finally,according to the research results,the teaching suggestions are given to attach importance to the penetration of algebraic reasoning in each learning section,grasp the teaching materials of algebraic reasoning in textbooks,expose the thinking process of students’ reasoning,let students experience the complete process of getting the conclusion,and broaden the channels of reasoning training.
