Abstract/Summary:
The construction of China under the rule of law is a continuous and profound revolution.How to guide citizens to improve their thinking of the rule of law and establish the concept of the rule of law is an important issue of common concern.As a key stage in the formation of right and wrong concepts and values,junior high school and teachers are duty-bound to cultivate legal literacy.The Curriculum Standards for Moral and Rule of Law in Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)clarifies that the concept of rule of law is the core accomplishment of the moral and rule of law course,marking that the cultivation of the concept of rule of law among junior high school students has officially become the main task of the moral and rule of law course teaching.Topic teaching is a new teaching mode that is first presented in junior high school under the promotion of the new curriculum standard.It guides students to identify,express and explore based on case views through learning activities in a real,vivid and open situation,analyze and solve problems in learning practice,and generate the concept of rule of law.The issue-based teaching is highly compatible with the quality cultivation requirements of the compulsory education curriculum plan and the education mode in senior high school.Therefore,based on the needs of reality,this paper explores the countermeasures of using the topic teaching in the junior high school rule of law teaching according to the physical and psychological characteristics of junior high school students,the significance of the topic teaching value and the law concept teaching law.Firstly,this article uses literature analysis to summarize the achievements of current topic based teaching and the cultivation of the concept of rule of law,and based on this,discusses the relevant content.The first chapter elaborates on the research background and significance,introduces the current research status at home and abroad,and explains the research ideas,methods,and innovations.The second chapter defines the connotation of topic based teaching and the literacy of the rule of law concept,analyzes the teaching content related to the rule of law concept,the characteristics,value,and theoretical basis of topic based teaching.Among them,based on the "Outline of Youth Rule of Law Education","Moral and Rule of Law Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Education(2022 Edition)","Moral and Rule of Law" textbooks,as well as the life experience and cognitive patterns of middle school students,the relevant teaching content of the rule of law concept is clearly defined as the awareness of procedures and rules,rights and obligations,legal authority,and democratic participation.Secondly,questionnaire survey and interview methods were used to focus on investigating the cultivation of the rule of law concept among junior high school students.It has been found that there is a lack of common sense reserves and knowledge of the rule of law among junior high school students;The interest in learning law is not high,and the sentiment towards the rule of law is relatively weak;The ability to use is not strong,and the belief in the rule of law has not yet formed;The problem of a single practical approach and insufficient performance in rule of law actions.Once again,based on the problems found in the investigation,analyze the reasons for the formation of the problems,including the lag in the requirements of the times and teaching reform,the single form of emotional cultivation and situational form,the insufficient improvement of thinking and activity implementation,and the imbalance between student development and evaluation system.Finally,based on investigation and analysis,in Chapter 4,the strategy of using topic based teaching to cultivate middle school students’ concept of rule of law is specifically elaborated,which is implemented from four aspects: the cultivation of rule of law knowledge,the cultivation of rule of law emotions,the construction of rule of law beliefs,and the promotion of rule of law actions.
