| Building a country under the rule of law cannot do without the long-term efforts of all citizens.As builders and successors of the country,teenagers should constantly learn legal knowledge and improve their legal literacy to promote the process of the country’s rule of law construction.The middle school stage is a crucial stage for cultivating students’ concept of the rule of law.As the main battlefield for students to receive rule of law education,Morality and Rule of Law has a direct impact on the cultivation of students’ concept of the rule of law.Therefore,studying how to improve the cultivation effect of the rule of law concept among junior high school students in the teaching of Morality and Rule of Law is of great significance for enhancing the rule of law literacy of teenagers and building a socialist country under the rule of law.At present,through the teaching of Morality and Rule of Law,some achievements have been made in cultivating the concept of rule of law among junior high school students: students’ legal knowledge is constantly enriched,their awareness of rights is constantly improved,and teachers’ emphasis on cultivating the concept of rule of law is constantly deepening.However,it cannot be denied that there are still some problems in cultivating students’ concept of the rule of law: insufficient understanding of legal knowledge by some teachers,insufficient utilization of teaching resources by teachers,inflexible application of teaching methods by teachers,and incomplete evaluation of cultivation on students’ concept of the rule of law by teachers.The root cause lies in the need to improve the professionalism of teachers,enhance their awareness of integrating and developing teaching resources,deepen their research on teaching methods,and perfect the evaluation system for cultivating legal concepts.In order to scientifically and effectively solve the problem of cultivating the concept of the rule of law among secondary school students in the teaching of Morality and Rule of Law,it is necessary to take Xi Jinping’s thought on the rule of law and the theory of humanistic learning as the theoretical basis,adhere to the principles of political and scientific,life and practical education.Based on these,proposing corresponding countermeasures,namely:(1)strengthen the construction of professional teachers: introduce professional subject teachers and improve the effectiveness of on-the-job training.(2)promote the integration and development of teaching resources: strengthen the integration of textbook content,actively open up second classrooms,and fully utilize online teaching resources.(3)innovate methods of cultivating the concept of the rule of law: case-based teaching stimulates students’ interest,debate-based teaching exercises rule of law thinking,activity-based teaching deepens rule of law emotions,and issue-based teaching cultivates the concept of rule of law.(4)perfect the evaluation system for the cultivation of the concept of the rule of law: diversify the evaluation subjects,integrate the evaluation contents and diversify the evaluation methods.In short,to solve the problem of cultivating the concept of rule of law among junior high school students,it is necessary to start from four aspects: teachers,teaching resources,teaching methods,and teaching evaluation.Only in this way can we effectively solve the problems in cultivating the concept of rule of law among junior high school students in the teaching of Morality and Rule of Law,to enhance their legal literacy,and promote their comprehensive development. |
