Research On The Factors Influencing The Social Integration Of Hydropower Migrants Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

As the development of socialism with Chinese specialties enters a new era,the rural revitalization strategy has become a key initiative to build a beautiful countryside in the new era.And 2022 is also a crucial year for the implementation of the 14 th FiveYear Plan for the development of migration management.Under the interweaving of these two strategic backgrounds,the resettlement,integration and development of hydropower migrants have become the top priority of socialist construction in the new era.With the increased participation of social work in the work of rural revitalization,social work intervention in the work of hydropower migrants can provide a new case master,a new perspective and a new field for its research and development.The hydropower project in D Village,J Town,Sichuan Province is an important part of the construction of Baihetan Hydropower Station in China,which is of importance at the national strategical level.In the years of recently,under the scientific leadership and strong support of the town party committee and government,the hydropower migrants in village D of J town have achieved rapid integration and,which is an excellent and successful example of social integration of hydropower immigrant groups.Therefore,this research takes the hydropower immigrants in D village of J town as an example,constructs a model of factors influencing the social integration of hydropower immigrants based on the ecosystem theory,explores the factors affecting the social integration of hydropower immigrant groups,and thus proposes strategies and suggestions for possible future social work interventions,developments,and contributions in this field.First,this research summarizes the main factors affecting the social integration of hydropower immigrants by combing domestic and international studies and combining them with the actual situation of hydropower immigrants in D village of J town,and thus proposes three main research hypotheses.According to the different dimensions of social integration measurement,the three main hypotheses can be further refined into nine sub-hypotheses,and on this basis,a model of influencing factors of social integration of hydropower immigrants is built.According to the research hypothesis and model,the corresponding social integration influence factor scale and social integration measurement scale were selected,and the scale was also tested and then the sample data was collected by designing a research questionnaire.A total of 211 valid questionnaires were collected.And the descriptive analysis,reliability test and validity test were performed on the sample data through statistical analysis,and the hypothesis of the model was tested by route test and fitness test,and finally seven of the nine subhypotheses were successfully tested.Second,based on the results of the empirical analysis and hypothesis testing,this research concludes that: first,Human capital based on ecosystem theory has a direct positive impact on the behavioral integration and identity integration of hydropower migrants.Second,Social support based on microsystem has a direct positive effect on the behavioral integration,identity integration and cultural integration of hydropower migrants.Third,the macro-system-based policy support has a direct positive impact on the identity integration and cultural integration of hydropower migrants.Finally,combining the findings of this study and related literature,this research extends the discussion on the following three points: First,the concept of healthy human capital can be introduced into the study of social integration.Second,subjective social support has a higher weight in passive integration.Third,the role played by social workers under policy support needs to be strengthened.At the same time,this research also puts forward three suggestions for social work intervention in social integration of hydropower migrant groups: first,social work should be multi-dimensional and empowering for migrant individuals;second,social work intervention in the micro system should take into account subjective and objective support;third,social work should actively participate in grassroots governance.
