Research On The Influencing Factors Of Social Integration Of The Floating Population In Guizhou Province

With the deepening of economic reform,the floating population choose the mobility,in order to improve their economic base,to look for the better job opportunities,and to achieve self-worth,so that the number of regional floating population is increasing.Floating population is not only a transfer of population in different regions,but also an economic phenomenon of society.A wide range of mobility is bound to have an impact on the social and economic development in both the land of inflow and outflow.Whether the floating population can adapt to the new life and development,and how the social integration situation are directly related to the economic development of the inflow and to the social stability.Based on the analysis of the current situation of the social integration of floating population in Guizhou Province,this paper establishes hierarchical linear models to explore its influencing factors,and then puts forward some effective and reasonable policy suggestions to promote the social integration of the floating population.On the basis of summarizing the research on social integration at home and abroad,combining with the the survey of the floating population in Guizhou Province,this paper constructs a comprehensive index system of social integration of floating population in Guizhou province from four fusion levels of economy,culture,psychology and system.By means of principal component analysis,this paper abstracts social integration variables quantified to reflect the degree of social integration of the floating population in Guizhou province.By using the statistical method of single variable description,this paper analyzes the present situation of the social integration of floating population in Guizhou province from each fusion level.Then,according to the hierarchical structure of the data,taking into account individual and regional factors,the hierarchical linear models are used to explore the influencing factors of the social integration of the floating population in Guizhou province.According to the results of the study,the policy suggestions are put forward to promote the social integration of the floating population in Guizhou Province,which to provide reference for the Government to formulate and improve the relevant policies.
